When the BP is over 140mmHg, that is Hypertension. To detect if one is hypertensive, it's advised to consult a professional health worker.

According to scientific research, Hypertension is associated with brain damage in conditions like Stroke, Dementia, and Mild cognitive impairment. To prevent High BP,reduce the intake of salt and saturated fats, avoid alcohol and tobacco, consume fruits and vegetables, and exercise your body regularly. A hungry man is an angry man, they say. Food is an important necessity in the lives of living things. As humans, having a good and nutritious diet serves an essential source of energy to carry out our daily activities. By 2050, it's predicted that the world population will increase by 2 billion people. Feeding such a high population (approximately 9.8 billion) will be more than cumbersome. Due to Urbanization and Industrial growth, there is a decrease in the availability of arable lands for agricultural purposes. Consequently, there will be a high food demand for the growing population.

Today, there's a food technology method which maximizes crops production within a limited space. The method of Vertical Farming is eco friendly, uses less amount of water and can be employed when there is no arable land. Vertical Farming is the practice of producing food in vertically stacked layers like a used warehouse, shipping container or skyscraper. In Vertical farming, production takes place in a fully controlled indoor environment. The Controlled Environmental Agriculture (CEA) technology optimizes the use of resources such as energy, water, capital, labour and space. It uses hydroponics or aeroponics, soil - free methods in which nutrients are dissolved in water and circulated into a plant's bare roots.

ADVANTAGES: Vertical Farming requires less space and low amount of water. Since the farming method takes place within an enclosed structure, the crops aren't affected by unfavourable weather conditions and pests infestation. Thus, making it eco friendly to both farmers and crops.

DISADVANTAGES: There's a high cost of maintaining the farming system, especially on a large scale. Pollination, an integral component of plant production and development will be done artificially, as the farming system doesn't allow the presence of insects, wind or animals.

Summarily, countries especially those with high population figures and less arable lands need to start embracing this farming technology as it has the potentials of a large scale food production, as seen in the United States and Japan.
