I hate to blame the victim, however, why didn't see report the case to the UK authorities when she was still in the UK? What was she doing at the guy's apartment to begin with? Had it been she reported the case in the UK, they would've carried out an unbiased investigation and if found guilty, the guy would've lost his medical license and served time.

did you even follow the story from the Beginning? ... They have been on this case for a while now in case you don't know... It went viral back then on Twitter

You see my friend, that type of foundation is called downstand beam-raft foundation but a special kind where the raft is built on stabilized soil.

For that reason, the action of the foundation work where the slab must have a direct contact with the sand fill (which must be compacted properly and CBR test carried out to make sure that the bearing capacity of the soil can safely carry the foundation.

When the void inside the foundation is left unfilled and decked like he did above, then you are not going to have any action and the foundation will fail by settlement.

very correct sir...this is the type of contribution I want to be seeing here
