The point is the government has refused to be responsible and do its job. Nature abhors vacuum so something must happen in the place of failed governance whether good or bad. This may yet be a deterrent since waiting for security agents and the government to intervene is an apparent exercise in futility and only gives the idiots more leverage because they are never caught or arrested or punished!
