Tecno launched a new smartphone in its Camon series. Named Camon 12 Air, this smartphone comes with a price tag of Rs 9,999. Last month, the company made its entry into the affordable segment with its Spark series.
The Camon 12 Air is a good-looking device which comes with a plastic body. Like other phones these days, the back panel on this new smartphone is not removable. Buyers can choose from two colour options, including Bay Blue and Stellar Purple. The USP of this device is the punch-hole camera on the top-left corner.
The front of the device is dominated by a 6.55-inch HD+ display offering 1600×720 pixel resolution, and 20:9 aspect ratio.
Moving to the back, there is a triple-camera setup with a quad-flash module on the top-left corner. There is also a physical fingerprint sensor on the back panel. On the right side of the phone, you will find the power button and the volume rocker.
This budget smartphone from Tecno is powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 octa-core chipset. This is paired with 64GB storage and 4GB of RAM. The storage can further be expanded up to 256GB using a microSD card. On the software front, the device runs Android 9 Pie out-of-the-box wrapped under the company’s HiOS 5.5.
In terms of camera, the Camon 12 Air boasts a triple-camera setup at the back. This setup consists of a 16-megapixel sensor, a 2-megapixel sensor, and a 5-megapixel sensor. As is the trend these days, the cameras are backed by Artificial Intelligence. There are various camera modes to choose from, which include Bokeh Mode, AI HDR, AI Beauty, Panorama, Wide Angle, Macro Mode and Google Lens.
For selfies and video calling, you get an 8-megapixel in-dot front camera with f/2.0 aperture. This camera too offers features like Bokeh Mode, AI Beauty, AR Sticker, AR emoji, Wide selfie and more. Considering the price tag, both cameras seem decent. But I will reserve my judgements until we extensively review the smartphone.
The Camon 12 Air is also backed by a 4,000mAh battery. There is however no support for fast charging. As mentioned, there’s a fingerprint sensor for security. Additionally, one also gets an AI-based Face Unlock 2.0 feature.

Taking of camera features, Redmi Note 8 Pro supports a quad-core camera set-up on the back. The camera module comprises of 64MP Samsung GW1 main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, 2MP macro lens and 2MP depth sensor. A 20MP camera is on the front to capture beautiful pictures.

Infinix hot 8 is a decent phone in the budget segment. , The Infinix Hot 8, which costs Rs 6,999, offers a 6.5-inch screen with 20:9 aspect ratio, which a lot of users will love. The performance with Helio P22 is also excellent in the segment

The black shark is not ur everyday phone bro. How many people do u think would buy it? It's targeted at the youth who play games on their phone. How many people have u seen using a black shark? The design of a phone speaks a lot about how successful it would be. Make it too aggressive and it will only be admired by tech experts while the majority of consumers would ignore it. It's the same with Asus rog phone 2 which technically should be the best phone out there by realistically it won't make much sales.

A few things come to mind, like if I drop this phone can it be fixed? What if something goes wrong? At the end most people will only admire it but won't buy.

Yeah, at the moment Redmi Note 8 Pro is the good choice for gaming at very affordable price. this phone has a quite powerful helio G90T processor which handles tasks pretty much every efficiently. even you can play games like pubg and fortnite without lagging and throttling.

The Oppo Reno 2F being the most affordable of the lot. But the problem with this phone is that we will have to wait until November 2019.

The Redmi Note 8 Pro might be one of the most impressive budget Xiaomi phones of 2019.
Now, Xiaomi has launched the Redmi Note 8 Pro in China and all set to launch in Europe and India.

Motorola is all set to launch the Moto E6s today in India. The smartphone is speculated to be the rebranded variant of Moto E6 Plus that the company unveiled at the IFA 2019 held in Berlin.
The upcoming smartphone is said to come with a dual rear camera, MediaTek Helio P22 SoC along with 4GB of RAM. I feel like Helio P22 has become the first choice of Smartphone companies and the chipset is also working consistently great.

No, they are among those who don't know anything about technology and processors just tries to sound smart. Everyone isn't a developer and it shouldn't bother a regular smartphone user... Helio G90T comes with oodles of RAM and ROM which is enough.

If you're a sucker for looks and appreciate a great display and a great camera, Go for Oppo F11 Pro. The PUBG Mobile experience on Oppo F11 Pro is quite good. Good overall performance with a solid MediaTek Helio P70 at the core. Everything runs smoothly including complex graphics games like PUBG and Asphalt. Amazing battery life with a 4000mAh battery which promises to give you up to 1.5 days of use.

The Tecno Pouvoir 3 comes with a 6.2-inch display and boasts of a 1.28 GHz Quad-core Cortex A53 MediaTek Helio A22 processor with Android 8.1, Oreo. It also comes with a 2 GB of RAM, an internal memory of 32 GB. It has a back/ rear camera of 13 MP and a 13 MP front camera with a 5000mah Li-Po battery capacity to push all this. I find this phone pretty impressive for the price. What do you think about this?
