ashybabs:I am sorry to say but I find your narrative very hard to believe. And lastly, I do not live in a "glass house ", neither do I live in comfort, and whatever I have now has been the product of two things : God and hardwork. |
All I see here is a wicked man surrounded by equally wicked women. |
[s] AdeOri99:[/s] Your assumptions are narrow minded and it makes me wonder if you enjoy being silly on purpose. |
This sounds like a drama. It will sell of the actors were on stage right now |
AdeOri99:Read my post carefully : I said "...I was once a teacher...". So that should tell you that I am not a " minister of teachers affairs" |
God's emphasis is on moderation. But those who want to truly commit themselves to knowing God will avoid any manner of drink. Just the way the sons Jonadab the son of Rechab, commanded his children not to drink wine (Jeremiah 35:6) |
It is well. God knows why these things happen. And we cannot question the Almighty, for it is He who knows the reason behind the giving and taking of life. |
Only the gullible will accept Tinubu's political charity |
Did Buhari take it? Some please tell me Buhari took it.... ![]() |
HeyCorleone:Alright. I shall spread the word. Peace |
HeyCorleone:True talk. But if we set out to do such, we may not be hired, and pride does not pay the bills. |
There was this bloke who wanted me to write 6000 words for 1k. Can you imagine? But it is not their fault ; we should blame ourselves for not being able to link up with foreign clients who have the money to pay. |
It is just not possible for woman to be more intelligent than a man. In fact, when I think deeply about it, women are more foolish than men. |
Legendguy:Not all school established by teachers end up becoming mushroom-schools. Some of the "mushroom schools " you see out there lack proper management and once there is no management, then the standard will fall. |
AdeniyiA:Brother, I know many school teachers who became school proprietors and they did this by saving their "meagre salaries". So you see, it is all about planning and having a focus on what it is you want out of life. And before you start questioning me, please note : I was once a teacher, and I know what teachers in Nigeria pass through on a daily basis. |
I will not say you have made a good decision, but if teaching in a private school has made you a victim of exploitation, then I would suggest you try and open your own school. The reason I say so is because I see you have a passion for teaching ; and this passion if effectively used, can to settle your needs and make you very financially stable. But this is just a suggestion and I am sure other gurus in the house will bring their own opinions. Peace |
lexy2014:Of course you have degenerate parents. Because why on earth would you assume that I am an IPOB without even knowing me in person? So definitely, you are an offspring of degenerates who are probably social nuisances. |
lexy2014:You are still in denial. But if I am an IPOB then you have an ogogoro-guzzling father and a harlot for a mother. Simple |
lexy2014:If I am an IPOB, then it means your ogogoro-guzzling father recruited me into it, since(by your narrow-minded logic) he is our chief commander. |
lexy2014:It is your mother and father that are IPOBs |
Ubongdemaga:Forget about that guy and focus on encouraging yourself. See, let me tell you something : 99% of people out there want you to fail and become like them ; but only you have the power to say no to their discouraging influences |
[s] haddeylium:[/s] Wrong again! Read John14:9-10. There is no alternative answer to what Jesus was saying. Why? Because Philip wanted to see the Father ; he needed physical evidence of the Father's existence which why he said SHOW US THE FATHER. And this is a direct meaning with no underlining alterior meaning underneath. And except you want to call Jesus a liar, then you have to agree with what He said about the Father being in Him and He in the Father. This verse sits well because we see the same being said in Colossian 2:9. But if you do not agree with that verse, you can tear it out of your bible and tag it with your own interpretation. But I will advice that you let the bible and Jesus, speak for themselves . |
My dear brother, you can study any course you so desire. But just know that you must be willing to work hard and put in the hours. Like me for example: I graduated from chemical engineering two years ago but I have always wanted to become a doctor . So, I have put in for medicine and surgery. Currently, I am in my late 30's, but this does not bother me ; it is all about focusing and doing that which gives you fulfillment in life. So chin-up and face the challenge! Peace |
Do you hire newbies? |
November1857:You are still that jobless rétard...abi? Oga, go and find work o. Commenting on Nairaland is not a job mumu... |
buckeyemedia:Oga you are jobless. Accept it and move on. Chatting and making noise online will still keep you in the shackles of poverty that killed your father. And I know you do not want to end up like him...or do you? Yeye ![]() |
