benuejosh: Aside the Shagari government, no other government has done well in infrastructure than the APC government. This is no sentiments. Those who witnessed the Shagari government will attest to this. The major road and other infrastructure we have in this country today were built during the Shagari government. Only APC government and in clear terms Tinubu has performed well in infrastructure. How old where you between 1979 to 1983? Some of you supporters of APC think that everyone is foolish. What has APC done in Benue ever since the State's soul was sold to the devilish party in 2023, your state remains one of the most underdeveloped, poor, war ravaged, with numerous IDP camps littered here and there. Is this how good APC is to you? |

AngelSlay: I get where you're coming from, but I don’t think it’s fair to downplay a job opportunity just because it’s GNLD or because of how the interview is conducted. Every company has its own process, and sometimes even great opportunities come in unexpected packaging. Dismissing it outright might mean missing something worthwhile.
Also, about Lagos — I know it’s chaotic, but it’s still Nigeria’s commercial capital. A lot of doors open there that you won’t even find in Abuja, PH, or Enugu. Lagos isn't for everyone, but it’s wrong to act like no “normal human” lives or thrives there. Millions of hardworking, smart people are building solid lives there every day.
We all have our preferences, sure — but closing off entire cities or judging opportunities based on surface-level impressions might limit growth more than protect it. Thank you for the constructive criticism of my post. |

tgmservice: I can never live in that Lagos very anyone post apocalyptic place.
I remember when I got an interview I travelled from PH to lag on a friday. The interview was scheduled for a Saturday so I stayed in my uncle’s place.
On the morning of the interview I waited at our street for keke like for an hour but none came. I later learnt there was fuel scarcity after finally seeing one we moved a little distance only to jam huge traffic jam.
I asked d driver I thought u said there is fuel scarcity and he said na so Lagos be ooo.
When I reach to bustop wher I would board d bus to the interview location that was even worse.
Traffic Jam noise and air pollution everywhere. The bus even stained my white shirt and the mumu drive choose to follow a dirty market, I was so drenched in sweat.
I got to the interview an hr late and looking so tattered God saved me the interviewer was a nice person and still interviewed me.
But I made up my mind I won’t take d offer it took me 3 hrs to get to a location that will take me 45mins to jog on a good day. Why won't you get the job, afterall na GNLD. They don't choice. You will hardly see a good company interview like that. I only visit Lagos for business, anything outside that, no way. Abuja, PH, Enugu, Kaduna are cities with normal humans inhibiting areas. |

Believe this story at your own peril. There are holes here and there.
First, "After the passing of his father" he sold the house. But story went on to say that the parents relocated back to Enugu after selling the house.
Secondly was the demolition of houses in Lagos, which took place when?
This stupid story was concocted by the paid Agbadorians to discourage youths who want to move. Tinubu media submit are really doing their best but it isn't enough because we're not fools.
My daughter is already on her way, no going back. |
