Ede camp is not bad, light is constant, food is manageable, security is 100% and flexing is top if u have enough cash.

brief talk about our camp commandant and im worsky attitude;;; so they said the guy is major abi na mayor, mehn dah guy has many rules o and boiz they plan im coup. here is a few amongst the 1000 rules.. yesterday he punish ma bunk mate for being too CLEAN(can u imagine), that him being too clean means his lazy and useless so for that he should do 50frog jump(the guy is finding it hard to walk,muscle pull), d day b4 he punished ma frnd for receiving call during dah boring social nite, mehn after some frog jump the guy and other offenders(amongst was someone who fell asleep on his chair) sang and danced for him from @10pm to 3:30am b4 releasing them except for d one who was sleeping as he argued with him citing that he knows his right. yesterday the guy started punish people for wearing jungle boot with their white kit(a normal tin o), today again the man told his boiz to chase everyone from d hostels to church including pagans,idol woshippers, buh excluding muslims(according to them na d only religion they recognise) mehn some peeps were boxers/bed cloths to church 2day without brushing or bathing.. @ first twas annoying buh today church sha go well as hostel boiz made church lively with their funny display(some funny dance) buh finally thiz commandant we go stone am o..

PCMs, let's be realistic. NYSC promised to go back to 3 batches? ... Yes. But given the following prevailing circumstances surrounding the scheme, they may still go with the two batches per year like what happened last year.

1. Batch A16 orientation camp has been shifted to 30th of March for stream1 and stream2 will finish camping by may. So how possible do we think batch B16 will hold one month later in June?

2. Conventionally, each batch is to replace the out goin batch in camp just like A16 is to replace A15 in camp. Who will B16 replace by June?

3. Due to recent economic downturn in the country, NYSC finds it a tough mountain to climb in administering 3 batches as they earlier planned hence the delay in concluding the A16 time table.

From the way things are turning up, B16 may Go to camp by September ending.

Anything can happen anyway. I even wish we can go by may.

oya legoo, so my platoon (9) was on duty today nd i voluntarily agreed to wrk in the kitchen nd was grouped to wrk in d evenin for dinner, so we got to kitchen , 6guys,10girls, the cooks made d rice, d girls washed the meat for tommorrow while d guys removed dirts from fish, d meal was for 2k+ corpers, I was impressed by the level of professionalism, we had to wash our hands, hygiene conscious, rinsed wt clean water, we have abt 5boreholes on camp.....we washed coolers nd bowls nd what hv u, so it was time to serve, i served on point 1, and while serving the food, the Nigerian factor came in nd people got me angry, people dat hv neva said hi started hailing because of food,people wld hv marked my face today sef, I alwas believe wats good for A is good for B irrespective of who u are...I alwas wonder why people are so spoilt when it comes to food, its same effect 1kg of rice and 2kg of rice wl hv in ur body, 1 meat nd 2meats -same, I dnt believe I came to camp to eat and belle full always, I cnt beg for an extra spoon nd an extra fish or meat, I believe in equality...I made more enemies serving because i dint wantu compromise, Corpers need to realise that FG budgeted #100 for breakfast, #100 for lunch, #100 for dinner , #200 for cleanin of toilets,bathroom for each corp member i.e #500 per day for a corp member....Nysc is only trying as much as it can within its reach to feed corpers well.....and some food mongers wl be shinning eyes on food nd abuse anyone who refuses to gv extra meat or spoon of food as if 1spoon determines if u wl die or not.....anyways it was cool serving, working in d kitchen.....in another news, etisalat sponsored Miss Bold nd Beautiful, my platoon came 3rd nd dere was a raffle draw wt different prizes nd money, nd 1 babcock guy in my room bought 10k raffle ticket prior to the draw tonight...on top the baba's 10k , e no chop #5 sef....we just dey wash am for ere.......10k ticket ..who does that!!! Only Babcock people ni.

they(platoon 4) served us pap that looks like ice-cream with moi-moi that is more watery in the morning that the akamu itself.

in the afternoon they gave us wan porridge(hope i got the spelling) rice. aayama!! coupled with the fact that it was tasteless.
