Na stupid woman she be .. she doesn’t deserve pity

We are at a time when our Economy is at the centre of almost all discussions in Nigeria, the people are becoming more conscious of it and its development which I see as a good sign to our Democracy. When you walk past the busy streets of Lagos, be it by bus, by foot or sometimes in front of a newspaper vendor, we hear criticism on politics, on government, entertainment and in sport about who is doing the right thing and who is not, about what is right and what is not. Its all as a result of our increased conciousness for the state of our beloved country.
Presently our economy is being damaged by a whole lot of things like; corruption, mismanagement, low level of exportation of refined goods, declining education structure and policies but nobody is talking much about the declining promotion of Local Media Content and development in the country, and its effect on our economy. We crave for the promotion of foreign media contents and describe our own as under developed, and they come in different forms and packages, for example; the T.V. satellites (D.S.T.V., GO.T.V., MY.T.V.) which in them contains varieties of channels and programs which we will never be able to watch all on a sitting and sometimes we get confused about what to watch and which is of higher preference to the other. On D.S.T.V. there is a channel called Discovery World, its so educative and entertaining that I picked it out as my favourite and lest I forget, Al Jazeera, they both are my favourite. This stations are educative and many Nigerians love to watch them, so when I begin to give an hint on there disadvantages some people may say, "ooh this writer is Mad". But sincerely speaking they have disadvantages and advantages, and their disadvantages in total, including other forms of Media contents, collectively affects our economy.
Its a common fashion trend to dress in suits (suit up) and in different casual "brands" of western clothing for different occasions, as seen on the foreign media and has lead to the increasing abandonment of our cultural and traditional wears, which as a result, has destroyed our textile and fashion industries because we don't know to make the foreign brands. Its not our craft.
Most Nigerians wish they could leave the shores of Africa and reside in places like America, Britain or France after seeing a glimpse of this places on media, they fall in love with their dishes, accessories, products and life style, they then want to import this foreign values and expense of there economy, which has lead to importation of so many unwanted goods.

Many of us are getting used to the idea that Masturbation is totally safe; sometimes when you search for the word "masturbation" on Bing or Google, the first topic that appears is "How to masturbate-best masturbation techniques" which implies that the global media encourages it far more than it discourages. Some of us may believe those medical expert while some may disagree, well today I am on the Disagreeing Team.
I want to come our truthful here and say that yes I am a victim of masturbation, I have been for the past 8 years and am still struggling with the addiction, over the past years of masturbation, have experienced a lot of things, have seen our my life has been shape by this act; this act has transformed me from a socially active person to a far less socially active person, from a physically and mentally healthy state to a deteriorating physical and mental state, from a sexually active boy to a man suffering from premature ejaculation and many more negative transformations. At least this is how I feel about masturbation, since it was so disturbing, I decided to do a research on it, and in my course of researching, I stumbled on some interesting facts about it, so I have decided to share them to people that may be concerned about their masturbating addiction.

IS MASTURBATION HARMFUL?
Sex is the product of the union of a man and a woman who love and complement each other. That's why, Freud calls masturbation The SOLITARY VICE (because the other person does not exist but in imagination). The masturbating one imagines a woman if he is man, and vice versa if she is woman and masturbate in the name of him/her. Exhaustion is multiplied, because it is sexual and cerebral. That image of the woman is impregnated in the subconscious mind and revived during the unconscious process of dream, originating the involuntary NOCTURNAL POLLUTIONS, that is, the more a person masturbates the more nocturnal pollutions he will have. Masturbation as a solitary vice stimulate EROTIC FANTASY which produces trought time women rejection (or vice versa), and brain exhaustion.

The following are proven effects of prolong masturbation in which people who masturbate will testify to:

SEXUAL IMPOTENCY AND PRE-MATURE EJACULATION
Masturbation produces impotence of a psychosexual type, People with that kind of illness have normal erections; they are apparently normal men, but in the moment in which they try to connect the penis and the vulva, the erection abates making the phallus fall, leaving the man in the most horrible state of desperation. This gland normally completes its development at the age of 21. When a person starts masturbating before completing his development (21 in men), the prostate is atrophied and this originates prostitis when being on the forties, that is the enlargement of this gland which prevents from urinating and obligates to use a catheter. Later on, +he must be operated and this gland is extirpated. This operation as well as vasectomy generates SEXUAL IMPOTENCE.

LOSS OF ESSENTIAL BODY NUTRIENTS
Sperms contain DNA (Deoxyribonucleic Acid), carrier of the heredity genetic code and determinative for the sexual aspect; RNA (Ribonucleic Acid), enzymes, proteins, glucosides, lecithin, calcium, phosphorus, biological salts, testosterone, etc. when masturbation is carried out, all of these components are extracted from the organism which does not allow a normal development when is during adolescence, because this same energy is the one that is going to help him/her to develop. Masturbation exhausts the calcium of the organism causing pains in the bones and fatigue in the legs. Strong bones indicate virility. It is known that red cells and platelets are formed in the bony marrow. The masturbating adolescent does not allow a good formation of his/her bony marrow and this brings consequences to him/her for the rest of life. With masturbation lecithin is exhausted too, and this generates nervous exhaustion, that is a general lethargy of nerves, like me for example, I now suffer from lower back pain, my eyes sucked in, sometimes I have unnecessary body pains, during sport I get exhausted too quickly which is very embarrassing to me, and my palms are as strong as that of a carpenter. Masturbation is not only physical but also can occur on the mental and astral worlds, some people are used to talks about lust, others read pornography on magazines or watch porn on the internet, go to the movies for erotic and passionate films, people spend lots of reserves of sexual energy. Those persons use the most delicate and fine material of sex in their brutal metal passions, spending it miserably. Human being must learn to live sexually, and also, Children from a masturbating father are not healthy at all, they have many problems because they are the product of a very worn-out seed.

PRE-MATURE AGING AND BRAIN POWER DAMAGE
Melatonin is the hormone of eternal youth, director and absolute governor of the aging process. It is widely produced during youth and its production decreases after 25 years. Young masturbating people exhaust the melatonin, atrophying the pineal gland which diminishes their magnetic field and take them through a fast process of aging. Masturbation also occurs in women and this is something painful and cruel. As in men, female masturbation brings similar consequences. The brain development is affected, as well as the nervous system. It can also occurs: Sexual frigidity, physical exhaustion; memory, vitality and magnetism loss. SPIRITUAL HELP
Be it a Muslim or a Christian, we all believe in the creator of the heavens and earth, we pray to him and we worship him. Masturbation to us may look like something of the ordinary but sincerely speaking its more spiritual, because if you ask yourself, who are we pleasing by doing this act? God or Satan, well as you and I know, Satan loves what you do, he is happy you are destroying your life gradually from where you are unaware of, so he works so hard to prevent you from stopping. Best way forward is to pray and live your life in accordance to the teachings of whatever scripture you believe in, so that you may become religiously and spiritually resistive to the temptations of masturbating.

RUN AWAY FROM PORN
Pornography has been made readily available to every one of all age, skin, and nationality, it’s a worldwide mega multi-billion dollar industry. Now are days porn are so popular on the internet to the extent that it is found on almost every web page, either directly available or by redirection links, you don’t need to ask for it anymore, it just pops up in your face and then you can’t help but look lustfully, well to stop masturbation, you have to avoid it on the basis of religious belief or whatever.
