Hello guys. Please my UK student visa was recently denied on grounds of not being a genuine student. They said my answers were vague and generic. i applied for an admin review and it was unsuccessful as well and my school wont issue me another cas to re apply. My question now is whether it is possible to still school in the UK if i apply to another school. I am really confused and i have never gotten a straight direct answer to this question. if someone is denied on not being a genuine student, can the person apply to another school and still get his/her visa to be able to study in the UK?. Yes I understand what you mean by carrying everything. Nothing is stopping you from doing that, you can if the payslips are readily available and if you aren’t invadinf the persons privacy to get them. But provided it’s for a tier 4 visa, they wouldn’t care about payslips as this could be some sort of savings.

In my application, I put self-sponsored all through and then showed them my account statement, nobody asked me how the money got there or why an unemployed person had so much money.

So just relax ok.

No. I didn’t use any payslips. While filling your application form, they will ask what your folks do, provided they are working and can afford such an amount (even if they saved it for years), it will fly.

Nobody asked me for payslips. Even letter from my dad sef, I didn’t carry. My birth cert didn’t even have my folks names on it. So just claim your dad gave it to you if you are asked (doubt you will be, but what do I know!)

Have you ever read this thread before? This is not Canadian student visa thread or the UK visiting visa, it really help you to read this thread because I don't think you know how the UK student visa works.

You will never hear payslip mentioned anywhere regarding the UK student visa application.

This is the easiest visa application to make.

All you need to bear in mind here is that Auntie, uncle or brother and sister are not allowed to sponsor as a student. Parents are allowed. So maybe using the word: parents will be more appropriate than family.

No bro.. They are not concerned with how rich the person sponsoring you is (as long as they are not your parent) or where they are from. The name and address of your aunt is enough to confirm whatever information they need and they can just pick up the phone and call her if they have to (UKVI called my dad's bank and they in turn called my dad but i was using his account and not mine). As long as you have the money in your account and have the statement to prove it and it is above maintenance money + your fees. I don't think they worry about the source of money and if they asked, just tell them you aunt sent it to your because she is the one sponsoring your education... Finish!!

Hmm... you can tell them the truth. Your mom's elder sister sent the money to your account so i am guessing the money covers your remaining school fees and living expenses. Just tell them you already have the money and you don't need to work. About accomodation, if your aunt's place is close to the school, you can give her address and say that is where you will be staying. If not, you can tell them you are going to her place from the airport and you will arrange to get accommodation when you get there. You should have an idea of how much accomodation cost around your school. thanks bro for your reply, do I need to back my statement with documents of her financially statement and also maybe her british passport, just to prove my originality and the source of money

Don't mind anything they say they are not God...i got my visa this morning after I was denied US once...Canada twice..uk once (I failed credibility test) ...i thought my life is ruined but guess what I'm going to the uk next year

His answer: biggest fucckk up...he answered based on his last salary in the banking industry 5.5million a year not remembering he said he has quit his bank job for a career in academics, who will pay an entry level lecturer 5.5 million/ annum making he's not sure of what he's going into...

Ans: na only dis one I felt he answered well small: glasgow is top 1% University in the world, members of the Russel group and univeritas 21 (a 24 man group of uk's best reach institution)

Is it okay if the money for example 9m is transferred to my account all once?
If my tuition fee and maintenance fee is 9m, is that all he needs to transfer to me or he must add some money to it?

I paid 48,900 as at 21/11/2017.
you have to make a transfer or pay at the bank and come with proof of payment.
you have to make a booking prior to test. I didn't, got away with it because i explained that I misunderstood the email sent to me and i was pardoned because it was for UK visa(that is what i was told). Goodluck.

I have an uncle he is willing to sponsor me i don't think he is enough as a legal sponsor? Can he just transfer the money to my parent account?

Probably on campus accommodation and if not available off campus.

Yes the school require credit in English and that's one of the condition i have to fulfil by sending them my Waec result before they issue CAS number.

UniAberdeen is a top school, all my mates from there are doing well at the moment. I attended RGU though but one thing I'll say is that beyond Uni rating, you must learn how to deliver as an individual. You can have a good grade from a top school and still be unemployed.

So i applied for Uk but failed credibilty test cos i was suppose to say neco but said waec. I said waec because asked was that what was my previous completed course and i misunderstood him thinking it was waec because i made my neco after my secondary school. So i thought he was talking about my secondary school and i was refused cos of that..School didnt want to issue second cas in the first place but later they reconsidered but i already did an administrative review on 19 of october. Does anyone knows how long this would take? i made all the 40 points
