The NSE strem is not operational presently. So, the applicant does not need to restrict themselves to the conditions of NSE.
Most schools request for tuition deposit to issue the student LOA or POA, which is what the student will use to apply.

10% is high o, except you want to run an high risk business, your best bet is investment at 1% since you are looking for immediate gain. going into other industries will take half or more than half as purchase for asset while you will use the remaining half to fund business as capital and running expenses. The pre and post process will cost nothing less than 280billion with miscellaneous and failed/repeated tasks.

In this same way, you know next to nothing about launching satellites, ordinary companies have thousands of satellites which is why you are enjoying their service (they now rely on cloud service as against website traffic alone) Talk of SpaceX alone not even the whole Tesla company (launched around 30,000 satellites and Amazon is planning to do almost the same).
