Please, there was a mistake in my name. Instead of Chukwunonso, my agent wrote Chukuwunonso - extra 'u'. I have done capturing. My tracking is showing NIN pending because of the disparity in the name. My agent is saying I should pay 15k for the correction but I don't have that money after paying #45k for the processing. I went for my collection of passport today at the new passport office in egbeda. The officer in charge of collection wrote AR (AFFICE REJECTION) . He then told me that there is an issue with my file and that there was something wrong with my application. He started asking me if I did it online and trying to blame for doing it online. I know he wants to extort me so I left in other to do my investigation.

Please what is the best way to resolve this as this a renewal of my passport. I surprise this is happening as I have done passport application for other people and it worked.

Please I need advise on; I want to run POF for my family. Now I heard I will also provide my own statement. Will my own POF show the recent rate despite I av gotten my visa.

Secondly I was planning to run the POF in my account should I transfer the money to my wife account and provide my old rate statement?

It seems my passport is ready for collection at Ikeja office, I don’t need it now but I want to know if the 5 year’s validity start on the day I collect it hence I can leave it till when I need it then go collect it. Thanks for your input in advance.

Good Evening Friends, I applied for my Int'l Passport on the 30th Of December 2022. Using the DIY. And when I checked my dashboard it showed Passport collected but I haven't collected it, does that mean that my passport would have been ready for collection?

You didn’t wait up till 28days after your last huge deposit, which appears on your statement of account. That was a silly mistake. You have to get a receipt of that transaction from the person that paid the money and explain what it was meant for.

The money was sent to my access bank account on that very day, but it was not from me. My uncle who base in the US sent the money in US dollar equivalent through peer to peer at black market rate.

Hello guys, Please can one wait for another one month after getting CAS before one applies for visa?
This is because POF became insufficient after getting the CAS because of rising OANDA rate, so a fresh POF will be needed to start counting for 28 days.

I have not received Cas, I am required to do pof before collecting Cas but in the mail sent to me, I am required to pay a deposit of 3k, then 6k at registration and 4+ at a later date but the 2nd year tuition not quoted,i am looking doing pof for d sch and embassy

An acquaintance (about 22 years of age) wants to study in Uk. She’s spoken to some agent and they advise that she keeps whatever POF in her own account. But I’m thinking, would the VO not question that kid’s source of funds? She’s got no work experience. Would it be better to use her sponsor’s (dad’s sister) bank statement instead?
