In addition to your CAC docs which establishes the genuity of the company, submit tax docs and show bank statements of your business transaction, any machinery purchased, staff hired, picture of you at work(working), Balance sheet if possible...and things that shows that truly your business/company is in operation since 2012

1) will this new oanda rate affect people who have applied for visa already since last week and only waiting for their biometric date?
2) People whose pof maturity date is tomorrow, can they add about 300k to it or it’ll be termed lump sum?

My sister has received her CAS and is on the verge of applying for vIsa. But the problem is her POF is due and the money is enough till yesterday when the exchange rate went up. So the money in her account might not be enough due to changes in exchange rate. We have applied for a visa but have not paid for IHS nor submitted the Visa application. What is the best way to handle this?

After undergoing my TB test, my new passport was issued, resulting in a different passport number. However, the TB test record still shows my old passport number. Can I proceed with my visa application using the TB test result despite this discrepancy?

If you completed study in March, you do not need to provide work reference since you don't have it...your 3month study gap is negligible

Apart from visa refusal, you may only be able to claim refund if for example you got admission to other uni in UK or you noticed along the line that your application is incomplete and would possibly get denied. They might be able to bend rules if they see a genuine evidence that was beyond your control

I paid GBP 3000 to sheffield Hallam university as an initial deposit amount and was issued CAS.

Along the way, I changed my mind and wanted a refund but they said I can’t get a refund because I wasn’t deny visa and I didn’t ask for the refund within the 14 days cooling period.

Please how can I get my money back or maybe 50% of it? Which financial or legal institutions in Europe or UK can I send an email to that can help me?

1. My passport expiry is Oct, my uni raised an issue on not meeting the condition. Is October expiry valid for travel? If it is, can I write to explain to them and present evidence that I am waiting for collection of new passport?

2. When is it advisable to book TB test, can we book before CAS is issued

3. Must 28days for statement of account start at the beginning of the month, can we start counting at any day of the month and print when 28 days is complete

4. Money is from dependant (I mean POF money is in her account), can we open a new account for MA and put the money in his account or a consent letter will do
