Hmmm... since it was a virtual invite you got, then It is safe to believe they intend for the interview to be online, there will be no point having to go. Thanks for clearing that side up.

I haven't received any email as to the time of mine. I intend to be there by 10 am sha. Worst case they'll send me back. Let it not be like I played myself by not going.

We took the test on Thursday, the 26th of September, Assessment Centre was on Monday, the 30th of September. Next stage should be at RMB. But I don't think anyone has been contacted as at this present moment.

I believe the next stage should be at RMB as well... and yeah, i believe No one has yet been contacted after the assessment centre.

it is not false news...AC was done on Monday and Tuesday/Wednesday
morning and evening session.

Interview with HR next....they're following the same pattern of 2017.

The AC in general, it was okay.
The way people talked about the excel here, they did not tell us there was time (they omitted the important information about it). You have 60 seconds to answer a question, you can be asked about freeze pane and the rest. My advice to you, learn the excel well and also learn shortcuts also, bcoz some stuffs can't be done manually, you might have to use shortcut.

Group discussion and E-basket are bonus, you don't even need to read for that, just pay attention to details and take your time in jotting down your point (don't say I am brilliant I will remember, *e go be like film when they ask you about am for ending of the passage*)

The presentation is not hard if you prepare well for it, though the question I was asked was wow.

For the interview, you will be asked majorly about what is in your CV, only on few occasions they might ask the normal interview questions.

And the essay is just 3 topics pick one. Mine was usefulness and impact of social media to business in Nigeria

Hello, I was a bit bothered about this. did you pick the same answers as the first time?

No matter how many times you write it, the result of the first exam have been recorded already,
there's no point in trying again

If you revive a mail and wrote the test but can't see your result, i will advice you call them.
I just called their support team and my score was confirmed for me, now my mind is at rest and I'm looking forward to the next stage, so i believe those who haven't seen their score can do likewise.

For future purpose, i will advice anyone going thru any recruitment involving GetQualified to go thru Wema Bank graduate recruitment 2018 thread on nairaland to understand how they work.

it's bout 49 pages but if you go thru it, its worth it.

After failing access bank personality test, i did a real research on how these stuffz work, don't try and be in the middle, chose extreme characters that portray how bold you are and expressive, they want outspoken and innovative people.

just as i said, don't choose answers with maybe or sometimes!
if you're asked any questions it's either yes or no!
if you're the life of the party....it means it exactly like you and it's a good trait, don't be deserved, it actually portrays you as being outspoken and bold.
if you asked if neighbors doesn't disturb you , its exactly like you means that you are sociable.

so its either yes or no, don't ever chose maybe, sometimes, few time
only it's exactly like me or not!

Verbal or selection. As in would one need to speak or just choose answers. Hope I'm not bothering you bro

just normal questions that shows your personality
try and chose extreme answers that portray how outspoken you are. don't be scared, i finished mine in less than 3 minutes because i was rushing and i didnt want my phone battery to die and i passed, so it's not a big deal.

I scored 76.7% in my first assessment. I failed the personality test (I just can't explain why). I just hope it won't be the final decision in grading us.. I will be glad if they can add the total score from the beginning before grading.

People are saying they sent to 24 people though, don't know how true.
But you can take the test since they are stopping guys from taking the test

what did you score in your first assessment?

i wrote the personality test and passed...78%, 74percentile and 48.59 Average score. what does all this means?
