It doesn't matter who he was from the beginning. No one changed him. Saah didn't ask him to beat his wife. she didn't ask him to have sex with his wife's sister. She didn't ask him to rape their maid. He could have fired or transferred Sarah after the initial episode but he didn't Why are we already trying to blame others for our choices?
