if some of the prominent men's candidate as uve said will not get it, then no one will be taken on luck! Fact is no matter the amount of tussle for slots among top men... There will always be vacant spaces for commoners. These big people we are talking about also spread their power across other recruiting agencies and last last after exhausting the candidates they want to help, there will be very few vacant spaces for lucky once. That's y u hear of cases of someone not knowing anyone and was shortlisted. They throw the remaining few slots to the unprivileged population to the lucky once

what I really don't understand till now is that slot issues.. Must there be slots? Can't it be based on merit?
