Politicians must always raise disputes.

If a politician raised disputes that are supposedly frivolous, for the sake of the LAW, they had to be treated according to the procedures.

Even if the politician is loosing the election, the Returning Officer will still have to settle the disputes first -- and still declare the results which showed that the politician who raised the disputes still lost the election..

If there are disputes, let those disputes be settled according to the LAW..
Then, let them still declare that the loosing politician lost.
