Both South West and South South representatives don't even know where to begin the discussion as South East demands are ridiculous.

On Ohaneze hosting the 50th anniversary celebration of their organisation in Lagos of all places was a deliberate provocation from this rabble rousing group .

They didn't see anywhere in their SE to host their golden jubilee or even Abuja which is the Federal Capital but chose Lagos.

Reminder that Edo State govt secured a court order banning Ohaneze from holding any activities in their state following Ohaneze attempting to declare Eze Ndigbo stools across Edo state. The govt of Obaseki was the one that took Ohaneze to court barring the organisation from holding any cultural activities in all of Edo state.

Note that it is this same Ohaneze that has been crowing Eze Ndigbo everywhere outside Ibo land and their criteria for selecting one to their usurper position is based on the highest bidder.

Now why will Ohaneze which wanted to host their annual Ibo day in Port Harcourt but was rejected by Ikwere go to Lagos of all places to celebrate their anniversary ?

There's no sense to this other than provocation and to still claim Lagos as Nigeria's capital even when that is not the case.

Benue and Taraba were once under Southern Nigerian Protectorate but when the British wanted to create Western and Eastern Nigeria, the people of these provinces opted to join the north because they said they could not stand being in the same region with the Ibo as majority.

Western Cameroun expressed their displeasure as well including all minority people but the British brushed them aside

Out of all four regions(Northern, Western, Eastern and Lagos colony) created out of the two protectorates, Eastern region was the most restive from Inception as every other people's wanted out.

The British only obliged the people of Benue and Taraba and later Western Cameroun.

The minority people in the coastal provinces did not relent to have their own region (COR region) but Ibo majority in Enugu refused their calls for a referendum on the matter. It is then that are now crying for referendum to leave Nigeria

The minority people took their plight to the Federal level after all means to get one at Enugu fell on deaf ears .

In western Nigeria, Ibadan voted overwhelmingly to allow for a referendum for the creation of Midwestern region despite Yorubas being the majority.

The majority had it on good conscience that they will be hypocritical to have fought for independence from the British only to deny their fellow Africans their own self rule agitation.

A Yoruba man even moved the motion in Ibadan which was immediately supported by a majority voice vote.

But in Enugu , every attempt by the minority people to get COR region was shut down by the Ibo majority.

The minorities took their matter to the Federal parliament and had secured the overwhelming support from Northern, Western and Midwestern MPs.

This is why they activated their minions in the army to truncate our democracy and abolish regions and from there place themselves as supreme dictators in a centrist autocratic quasi military regime.

The reason for Ojukwu declaring Biafra was because Gowon had finally granted minority people their own states (Old Rivers and old Cross Rivers).

Achebe wrote that Gowon declaring states for minority people was the darkest day in Ibo Eastern Nigeria.

And when Gowon finally liberated minority people from their genocidal grip, that is when the fight in then evaporated because there was nothing left to be proud of in a landlocked Biafra.

That is when Azikiwe began supporting one Nigeria and called on Gowon to liberate what was left of his Eastern Nigeria from Ojukwu's tyranny and unite it back to Nigeria.

Many staunch Biafrans also began becoming one Nigerianists after the liberation as they knew that there was no future for a landlocked Ibo nation limited to it's historical lands.

That's when they started sabotaging their own war effort .

Their sabotage was so extreme that sabo became a steady description used by Ojukwu .

He was seeing Sabos everywhere because he knew there was nothing worth fighting in preserving an Ibo ethno state .

They are mad

They might actually be the one to slow the Southern regions resolutions down as their 10 demands are just weird.

Both South West and South South already presented something arguable except South East .

Please what should even be the interest of South East with where Lagos state should belong? Returning of properties of how many decades old? Where there are no proper documentation for the seized properties

Funnily, majority of the places they have been claiming to be part of their territory, representatives of those people was present and they bluntly denied them.
