What about money gain from taxes and igr. You are justifying that all the billions from subsidy and taxes and igr are giving to the governor while the government goes ahead to borrow to build road.

What did the government do with these monies plus the ones they have been borrowing since inception of office.

The government is borrowing to service debt instead of using it for economic development.
