As the Northerners are preparing for 2031 election, Pdp as a party would still be marketable than Apc in North after president Tinubu might have completed his second term.

But the problem is, some southerners like Wike want to continue holding on to the party leadership so that South South can use it to negotiate VP position while the Northerners also want to get in charge of the party because they wouldn't want southerners to tell them how to choose their preferred candidate
