May be Peter Obi don't understand the meaning of democracy. It's freedom from military's style of regime, freedom from their dressing
Infact, in Yoruba land, Democracy is called Ijoba Alagbada ( Government of native wear) |
Politics › Peter Obi's Indonesian Attire? by helinues(op): 2:20pm On Apr 19 |
Honestly, lots are wrong with this Obi's Indonesian style of dressing.
Is Obi contesting to be An Indonesia president hence promoting their native wear? Are the Indonesian presidential aspirants wearing aposhe around to do their campaign?
Peter Obi can't be aspiring to be a Nigeria president but be dressing like an Indonesian

Richtaiwo: The man is barely literate, which perhaps explains why a 4-year philosophy programme took him 6 years to complete, only to still graduate with a third-class degree.
Simple question, on a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your chances of emerging victorious? Yet the semi-literate could not provide a straightforward answer and instead drifted into an unnecessary tale about the origins of agulu. How was he voted as a governor in the first place? You wouldn't want to watch Peter Obi answering questions about governance, you will puke |

Ofunaofu: You created a thread on Nairaland announcing you were suspending your support for Tinubu and even encouraged your ilk to do the same because of the worsening insecurity under his watch. You took that stance because the government you support wasn’t making sense to you, yet you did a full 360 and went back to supporting it, even as insecurity got worse.
So why malign others chooses not to support a government that still doesn’t make sense to them? Do you want me to renew your blocking? if no stop the years of trolling on this forum |

IkeOnyia: Are you begging him to demote himself from presidential candidate to VP candidate? That is interesting. It is proof that he actually finished third behind Atiku in 2023 and his claim of winning the election was mere delusions. Like I have been saying, I have never seen people so confused like those Obidients They are the same who claimed Peter Obi is the best candidate amongst the rest. richiemcgold: I raised this observation during the amendment process but most Nigerians did not take it serious. People were too focused on electronic/real time transmission of results, thereby ignoring other areas of the proposed law. I believe many parties will struggle to present candidates for 2017 election because of this particular mode of primary.
Anyway, consensus is another option. APC for instance is already adopting this option to pick guber candidates in some states. Tinubu too will be picked as consensus presidential candidate. But ADC? I keep my fingers crossed. @ emboldened, the opposition we have in Nigeria are unserious. I also raised so many issue even before the electoral act amendment but their supporters are not even interested in discussing such |

https://www.thecable.ng/key-provisions-in-the-new-electoral-act-that-you-may-not-know/ And I am telling you the direct primary can't work in Nigeria because apart from it to be stressful, it's too expensive Imagine a party struggling to put National congress together and then you expect them to conduct primary presidential election which people from the ward level will vote. How many political wards is in one local government in Nigeria multiply by 774 LG's Can you see the direct primary is not possible |

alanto: These people spent their whole Buhari time attacking Aregbesola of being a total failure. The same Aregbesola who said he doesn't understand the job he had to do as minister of interior. Now they are singing his praises to high heaven just the same way they are painting Obi white from the mud the dragged him through during and after his time as a governor.
If Tinubu can decame to ADC today. He'll be loved dearly by Obidients.
The pattern is all the same. They now love El Rufai, Amaechi, Aregbe Kwakwanso these are people they detested for associating with Tinubu. They love them now because they are associating with the chief gbajue in charge. They used to love Bwala, Reno etal but it only takes spitting truth about their gbajue candidate to hate those people to hell. Bro, what's their business with Aregbe and Onanuga matter? No be same people who attacked Malami all through Buhari's government for be the one heading the arrest of Nnamdi Kanu, the same Malami is of their current heroes. Walahi, those people have never been sincere about anything before |

richiemcgold: Registered party members, yes. You are following the definition of direct primary which is not even applicable in Nigeria. Would the party members even be aware there would be any primary? it's still the informed members that will vote in the direct primary which is not different from indirect. The direct primary is even suicidal for both Obi and Amaechi as they are not the one in charge of their state excos |

Since I have been discussing politics for years both local and foreign discussion, I have never come across people so bitter like those Obidients.
How is it logically normal for some of them to be trolling others for over 5 years on this forum? How is it possible for some of them not to have ever be happy about any development news about Nigeria? Why should some Obidients be having the mentality that anyone not supporting their candidate is an automatic enemy?
Their matter is just incomprehensible. Let them be talking to themselves as I have been enjoying my activities on this forum without their input.
One thing is so certain for me, the Obidients will reap all what they have been sowing |
