In as much as Peter never said that Anambra state never had any federal government debt obligations, Intelligent people will ask Soludo for a comprehensive report of what was disbursed under peter obi and how he spent them, what was disbursed under Obiano and how he spent them, what was disbursed under him and how he spent them, what the debt was as at the time obi handed over to Obiano and if Obiano borrowed and what the debt was as at the time he soludo took over from Obiano,

If you check, the debt mentioned by obiano was for ongoing contracts, if obiano didn;t want the contracts completed, he could have terminated them and all of the figure they are quoting are with the prevailing exchange rate.
Until i read from any contractor that has completed his job or cleared civil servant that was not paid by him before he left, anybody can brandish his own figure.

Can Peter Obi now fulfill his own promise by stepping out of the race.
