We are not perfect as parents, but we are not teachers, teachers are to Teach not kill our children they are supposed to be proffessionals, perhaps they need more training. Many children suffer from school/classroom phobia, anxiety, depression and stress a teacher should be able to recognise that not keep beating the child.

If you beat a child everyday for making the same misatake it means the child may suffer from a condition have you ever thought about that? Many kids have Autism, discalculia, ADHD and dislexia in nigeria it affects their behaviours. But in your opinion NO nigerian kid suffers mental illness. With these mindset teachers would end up battering kids rather than trying to find out what is really wrong with the child (not religiously) but psychologically.
