you don’t have to be narrow minded , I have a sister who design stuffs and most of her customers are abroad , I don’t know it all but I know what I’m saying in this context
Majorities of those trying to benefit from this thread are not necessarily fashion designer, Taillor as you narrowed it down but creative hardworking Nigerians in fashion industry hunting for customers worldwide , fashion is very wide, not necessarily printers along as you insinuated If you like, talk say her customer dey Pluto. I go still talk true for una. |

FutureFocus: Nigerians stylists do get customers from all over the world through networking, just try to sell something nice to one in a clique of friends in dispora and the rest may follow Click of friends. Most my Africans as well. By they are not “fashion designers.” In fact, fashion designers although meaning someone who designs wears, but more ambiguously correct to the definition of a “known brand.” So Calvin Klein don’t necessarily design a new “style” of T-shirt, but just new prints and colors with their brand name. |

Person go just dey sit down, something go just chook am one finger for body, tell am say “look for someone to deceive you.”
😅😅😅
“Nigerian fashion designers” “Customers abroad.”
Two very contradictory statements.
The fashion designers that have not conquered their territory, are trying to go abroad. You can’t name even ONE “fashion designer” in Nigeria with a brand that Nigeria relates with just as we relate with brands like “Burna Boy,” “WizKid,” “Davido,” etc.
At best what you have a glorified tailors like “Yomi wears” of those days who have no design, taste, class, etc. just to sew normal clothes and over price it to give it a presumed class and then hang around with celebrities for social validation.
“Nigerian fashion designers” indeed. 😅😅😅 |
Travel › Re: Tinubu Welcomes Airbus Plan For Aircraft Maintenance Hub In Nigeria by Helinuse: 3:19pm On May 17 |
DomPerignon: Do you know what a hub is?
And you think you know more than Boeing executives who want to setup a maintenance hub in Nigeria that will serve the African market alongside the now dislodged ME sector.
How senseless can you guys be?
Microsoft office in Lagos is not restricted to the Nigerian market but the entire west African sub region.
Boeing setting up shop in Nigeria is because we have the highest number of airlines and have several airports that they can choose from to lease and turn to their maintenance hub that will serve all of Africa and the ME.
But I guess it's too complicated for you to understand the business strategy and why Boeing chose Nigeria which also has a pool of talents to tap into.
Stick to petty trading and leave business to people who know how to plan beyond stocking shelves. You asked me if I knew what a “hub” is and then you struggled to explain it and failed. 😅😅😅 “Boeing chose Nigeria” 😅 Maybe because we have the best economy in Africa if we have the busiest airport or because we have the most stable political system. Una government go beg Boeing make dem come open a 30sqm office in Lagos, where 5 call agents can work from, una dey refer to that as “they chose Nigeria as their HUB.”😅😅😅 |
Travel › Re: Tinubu Welcomes Airbus Plan For Aircraft Maintenance Hub In Nigeria by Helinuse: 7:46am On May 17 |
The nonsense we celebrate.
🤣🤣🤣
Maintenance hub? For what? How?
How much Air traffic do we have? All Airlines have their own “maintenance” crew isn’t it? Then what is a “maintenance hub” for a manufacturer?
This, my brethren, is a scam! |
