Honeydenz:Everything you wrote here reeks quackery and Ignorance. You don't know anything about modern day medicine. I don't practice in Nigeria. Where i practice, you must crosscheck everything. You crosscheck the drug interactions online , cross check the latest guideline, cross xheck the most sensitive antibiotic for that disease at the moment. What you learnt five years ago in medical school in outdated. You need latest guideline every single day and you have to be a doctor to understand the guideline you are looking for anyway. I left medical school about 20 years ago. Many things we were taught in school that time are now considered dangerous, ineffective or completely outdated. There is a website called UPTODATE. Almost every hospital in several developed nations subscribed to it so the doctors can cross check latest guidelines. In Australia, every hospital is subscribed to TGA where the doctors can crosscheck medications in real time. There are patients on 15 medications from different specialties. You also want to add your own medication. You go on.these websites to check wether your drug will interact with these drugs. They may be latest drugs that even came out less than a year ago so.checking guidelines has nothing to do with anatomy and physiology. You are just talking like a regular ignorant Nigerian that dabbles into discussions they know nothing about. Next time you see a doctor cross checking your treatment with guideline , thank your star you are being treated by a safe professional. |
Honeydenz:Ignorance at its peak. No doctor should be comfortable to treat a patient without easy access to latest guidelines. In medicine, there is something we call treatment guidelines. They change everyday. For example, you can use both Azithromycine and doxicycline to treat chlamydia STD but the latest guideline is that doxicycline must be the first line. Medicine is now evidence based. We use guidelines and not google. All over UK and Australia , most hospital computer are subscribed to latest guidelines to help their doctors cross check the latest guideline. If you think Google is what we are talking about, you don't know anything about medicine.. |
Karence:Guess you are a medical student. It is not usually fatal to remove fibroid. They only have more tendency to bleed. However, the fibroid could be everywhere and you may not have option than to to remove one or two to access the baby. This is done worldwide. The problem is that it may bleed than usual. Secondly, the fibroid would have replaced the normal uterine tissues making contraction haphazard or inadequate. Therefore, the fibroid can result in uterine atony on its own even if they were not removed . You don't just determine negligence because a fibroid was removed. Was the removal necessary? Was that the reason for the PPH? |
RoyalUc:You are so ignorant. You think the woman that could not pay the bill for six months was sleeping on the floor?. She was occupying a bed that they could have used to admit another patient. What is wrong with these Nigerians? With this attitude, people will continue to die over small stuffs. Let me tell you the truth, doctors don't need police report to treat a patient in emergency. They only use that excuse because they know whatever they do in emergencies is free many times. Nobody pays them afterwards and people like you will come here to castigate them afterwards. Guess what? Thousands of people have died. The hospital would continue to spend money on that woman and her baby for six months they were there. You think it is free services. You expect the bill to be the same even if they spend one year there? Why can't the human right lawyer go to social media and raise money? Oh....he knows Nigerians will blame the woman that who sent her to go and deliver. Somehow, you expect the doctor to bear the cost , do the treatment, take the risk in case anything happens to the woman and still work for free. This woman has family members who refused to contribute. She has fellow Nigerians like you who have never helped anyone with a dime but are quick to condemn a doctor that used his personal to do surgery without advance payment. Don't worry. Our health sector will improve. Tinubu will take the next delivery in that hospital without deposit. |
RoyalUc:You are saying rubbish. The professional ethics guiding medicine SPECIFICALLY STATED THAT THE DOCTOR IS ENTITLED TO HIS PROFESSIONAL FEE AND COST OF TREATMENT . There is no ethic that says that the doctor should pay your bill or work for free. |
RoyalUc:If those people going for the discharge were serious, they would have raised the money. The money the foolish activist is spending to visit commissioner of police up and down could have settled part of the bill. You didn't consider the fact that the doctor will reject the next person in labour without significant deposit. You guys really think it is easy to run a hospital. You think the nurses will hear story that the salaries are not paid because they were doing credit or you think they sell oxygen on credit. You think government buys fuel for the hospital? Only God knows what is wrong with Nigerians. Someone saved a life with his personal resources, you are here talking rubbish. You think the doctor operated him for free? Apart from the cost of the operation, the cost of taking care of two babies and mother after child birth. You are here talking about foolish fundamental human right. Next time, the doctor will just tell them they don't have oxygen needed for operation and without 300k deposit, they can't buy it. It is you that will still come and cry blood when a woman dies in labour after being rejected by multiple hospitals for lack of deposit. Nigeria won't work with this your mentality. If you can't pay maternity bills, use condom. This is not an accident or emergency. You planned it and had 9 months. Use condom. The doctor is not your family that will be responsible medically and financially for your delivery. |
BobbieZion:If people are not buying wetin 'your hands fit do' in your hood, you should be worried. Big loans may improve your marketability, it won't replace your talent. Therefore, if you concentrate on filling forms while no one is buying whatever you described up there, you may need to improve your skills. If your hands can truly do something spectacular as you described up there, people will be forced to patronise you so you won't be lamenting here. You may not be rich but you won't be on nairaland lamenting, trust me. Maybe you should reconsider the frame LAZY YOUTHS more properly. Lazy doesn't mean you have no talents. It may mean you are waiting for handouts instead of marketing your so called skills. You had time to TELL US ABOUT YOUR SKILL...but you have no time to SHOW US WHAT THAT SKILL IS. You can as well show us here what your hands can do. Your breakthrough starts when you start marketing yourself. |

Apcshyte:You are just saying rubbish up and down. Is it the government that helps them to thrash the bin in a sane country? In a sane country, you will thrash bin anywhere you like and government will help you to come and sanitise it. You guys are so deluded. If they find out now, you have only seen the sane country on Netflix. |
MadPolitician:This would have made sense assuming the other culture without obas and Emirs were not staying at home based on the order of one small boy from Finland. The bullshit you swallow from that fool is more smelly than dung belive me. Moreover, with the level of development in the region without Obas where they are trooping to the streets to celebrate street light in 2024, I think they need to learn a lot about governance from the people who traditionally had obas. The emperor in your land is one small boy from Finland. Let your father say no to him and go to market on Monday first before you claim some other region have autocratic tendencies. Mumu |
The irony of it is that a white woman eventually won it. Those SouthAfricans are clowns |
tunjilana:Come o. You are quoting the wrong person. |
tunjilana:We don't consider south south as Igbos. You have your five states. We will vote a reasonable Igbo too at the right time ( definitely not the next election) if they seek alliance with us and if there is no better candidate. We have voted everyone in Nigeria that we believe is good for the country at any point in time. ONLY IGBOS HAVE CONSIDERED THEMSELVES TO BE ENEMIES when we have nothing personal against them but that is their business. Once again, you were the one that started by saying you wanted to pay back . I only reminded you that you have no such leverage. You never voted us anyway and we don't expect you to vote for us next election. INFACT, YOU HAVE REALLY OPENED THE EYES of Yorubas to tribalism over the attack on the tribe post 2023. You won't understand until 2027. Nevertheless, this is politics. At the right time with the right candidate and with a mutual alliance, we will vote Igbo if needed. |
sharpsecret:Maybe when we have only two Igbos on the ballot like 1999 and no other candidate, we can tell you which Igbo we voted for. Secondly, na you say you wan pay back. I didn't promise you I want to vote any Igbo. You have never voted for us and you say you want to pay back. |
sharpsecret:Maybe you should take your time and read it again...this time around, slowly. Read the part where I talked about Falae |
sharpsecret:How? South east has never supported SW. There is nothing to pay back. Before you say thrash let me tell you history 1) SE voted against Awolowo (let us agree ekwueme your son was the VP of shagari so you tribalisticaly voted your son). 2) They voted against Abiola despite his worldwide appeal. Abiola won only Anambra and Tofa won three states in the east. 2) SE voted against Olu falae, the Yoruba candidate ( The lies your people used to tell themselves is that they voted A yoruba man,Obasanjo. The truth is that they had no choice. only two yoruba candidates on the ballot. 3) They Voted against TINUBU. Finally, South east has always VOTED PDP because the party was founded by EKWUEME before the alliance of 1999. They assumed that EKWUEME had the best chance of becoming president eventually through that party. South west is not expecting any pay back from south east. We have never been In political alliance. It is not going to change anytime soon |
Santalpharay:Direct your message to your fathers and brothers that are shouting Biafra all over. They are the ones living in the past. If you want to forget the past, stop disturbing our space with your irritating Biafra. If you want to go ahead with your Biafra, you have to acknowledge your errors of the past and use that leverage for the future. To undo the harm your forefather AZIKWE did to to your agitation for Biafra, you need to go cap in hand to beg lawmakers all over the country so that you can win majority votes in both national legislature and then 2/3 majority in more than 24 states which will obviously include the Emilokans. This will upturn the CONSTITUTIONAL PROVISION INSERTED BY YOUR FOREFATHER, AZIKWE. You can now contribute the IGR in your five states to INEC to conduct referendum if unknown gunmen will allow you. After that, you can FACE THE FUTURE in your miserable five states Biafra, Nna. |
9japride:The first thing they will say is that you are not educated or that you are yet to eat. Very irritating set of people that brags like empty drums. Why are you fighting for SS? Can't they agitate for Biafra themselves f they want it? Igbo speaking? You guys are so delusional. So the yoruba speaking Brazilians... we should go and force them to join Nigeria because they speak Yoruba? The yoruba speaking part of Benin republic ? Maybe Nigeria should demand referendum in cotonue so they can become Nigerians. What about yoruba speaking part of delta? Very irrational people I won't delve into the history of the civil war when you used a yoruba man , Banjo to capture Benin and he wanted a bini man to become the military administrator but Ojukwu installed a core Igbo to dominate over the people. The allegiance of the people quickly changed and ojukwu lost Benin. You guys are so greedy and selfish. Middle belts are being attacked by barbarians? Who is attacking you in SE? Unknown gunmen. So they should run away from fulani herdsmen and ends up with UGM? When you are truly ready for your Biafra, your landlocked five states will negotiate with lawmakers from all over the country include 2/3 majority in 2/3 house of assemblies all over the country including the Emilokans...Your five states will use your monthly allocation for referendum and leave with your cursed potopoto land. Nothing more than your five states |
Ojuntana:I agree. Hero beer factory would have been better . The priority is for us to get drunk now |
vikiphy89:You guys are only smart by half..I thought you said only Lagos has streetlights. I was saying we have been seen street lights since early 80s and we can't stoop so low to be jubilating like the ABIANS did this year , you came with your smelly mouth saying we have no such anywhere apart from lagos. Now you agree we have outside of lagos but the problem now is that we don't have it in the farms yet. You guys are super clowns. As for community without light for years.... You mean like this enugu community?.
|
vikiphy89:I grew up in Akure Ondo state. The entire Oba Adesida road was lightened up by street lights at night as far back as 1990. Precisely it was 1989 before the visit of president Babangida to Akure. I know your history very well Igbo boy. Fact check me. Long before fayose, Ado ekiti was lightened up..Fayemi expanded it over a decade ago. You think.everywhere is like your ABA?
|
sharpsecret:Were said they did not endorse it. Hegoat!!!
|
sharpsecret:Of course you guys are cowards. Agbero took.over your market and entire onitsha yet you didn't endorse them? So what are you doing about them? Same way unknown gunmen are killing your people, you won't endorse them but you will run to southwest to hide and be making mouth. It is in your blood. Your first Biafran...Ojukwu also ran with a woman's cloth in the middle of the night shaking like a vegetable. Rather than allowing Agbero to constitute problem, we engaged them under NURTW and that way, they can be controlled and identified. That is why we don't have unknown gunmen .That is why you can hide in southwest while your village is rampaged by UGM |
sharpsecret:Were. You mean the way you guys are proud of masked vigilante?
|
sharpsecret:Thank God our own agbero have uniform, the one breaded by Peter obi in Anambra don't even have uniforms yet they are terrorising onitsha market. Combine that with UGM, your cursed potopoto land is doomed. As for the little land we sell to your brothers, we are accommodating and we have enough lands to sell. You forgot we are not landlocked. We even created Atlantic city from the ocean so no qualms. Moreover, when we need our lands, we will just confiscate it under overriding public interest and pay you tokens as compensation. That's the law. Most of the time, we won't even need to pay a dime because 90percent of the properties bought by your fraudulent brothers have no valid title and no building plan. Don't go and develop your potopoto village. NB- Let me warn you. I am not your regular ignorant nairalander that igbos can bully. When I have your time like today, I will tell you your fathers history.
|
Smartcitizen:stay in that your beautiful village. Leave us alone with our brown roof. Is that too much to ask? |
Yujin:When we say you guys are stupid, it is usually an understatement..Jubilation over the result of tribunal? Who did not know that the petition was useless and irresponsible? A petition that says Abuja votes were more important than the whole of Nigeria. Only delusional Ipob members like you believed anything could come of out of such a shameful petition. We don't need to jubilate. Obi never claimed he won. What would be jubilation about? Moreover, show me a video of south west people jubilating over street lights like your people were doing in Aba in 2024. We don't jubilate over nonsense. The election was over. We don't live in the past like you guys. That Tunubu is better than obi does not mean he is an angel that will perform miracle. Why should I jubilate? Only Ipob that belived a failed governor whose only achievement was hero beer is their saviour can jubilate. We don't jubilate over nonsense |
Smartcitizen:Childish statement. You mean a king that an ordinary governor can remove tomorrow and nothing will happen? We don't live in the past like you lots that kept wallowing in shame over your grandparents that were slaughtered like rams when they started a war only for their leader to disguise like a woman and eloped at night? Moreover, when the Fulanis were taking over ilorin, you lots were living on trees so you had no land for anyone to take. Your people were all naked even till early 80s.. The best cloth an Ibo man had when travelling to lagos in the 80s was a knicker. No cloth, no shoes. Which land were you expecting anyone to take? You really rate your potopoto land |
Smartcitizen:Just listen to your foolish self..UGM is not a major problem so you go home only once in a year at Xmas. Fulani herdsmen is a major problem in my region but you are living here every day of your life. This is schizophrenia bro |
sharpsecret:All my artisans that I pay to do my dirty work for me are igbos. All the gala hawkers constituting nuisance on our roads especially on the island are igbos. We rejoice with.your brethren that were able to buy or rent. We are accommodating.. We don't have unknown gunmen and no sit at home. We welcome you to continue contributing to our economy.. Just be peaceful and don't import crime that you are known for all over the world |
Yujin:I just want you to display your full madness here. You claimed you didn't say anything about the election tribunal. You are here saying the election tribunal truncated justice. You were telling someone here that he didn't know more than the judges that did not convict kanu and that he should allow JUSTICE TO RUN ITS COURSE. Now you know more than the judges that threw your obingo petition to the dustbin of history. When you finish running mad and you are ready to take your drugs, let me know .
