Hahaha hahaha hahaha!

Envy is a very big disease o!

Your women has been raped by the same people chasing you to Benin republic you never always attack them like you attacked Igbos.

Your prominent people kidnapped you never attacked them like you do to Igbos here,

What about your farm lands destroyed by cows and some burnt?

Three Obas were killed in one day SAME TIME AND NOTHING HAPPENED.

And you are talking about Igbos importing crimes🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.

You know people causing you harm but you choose to fight others,

If this is not envy, please kindly help me and give it a very good name.
Who is fighting you in indonesia, Kenya, south africa, India, Dubai and any other country that is unfortunate to accommodate you? I guess it is still yoruba too.

What do you mean by envy? You are the one that came to.my land, I didn't come to yours, you are still shouting envy. I said you guys are madly delusional.

I didn't offer to help you fight your UGM and I never invited you to come.help me fight your imaginary Fulani herdsmen. Na you dey say you wanted to help me fight them. It is a sign of psychiatric illness. I said I don't need your help, you insist that I am fighting you. How? Did I come to your Agulu village to drag your potopoto land with you?

It is.my dear. As long as you respect yourself and stop importing crime to the local people, you will be fine. We don't need cowards like you to fight Fulani herdsmen. A small boy is commanding you to sit at home, you did not fight him, na herdsmen you wan fight. Unknown gunmen are killing your people daily, you didn't fight them. Don't use me to score cheap political points on nairaland. I've not said anything in the mould you're claiming and I advice you to edit this post and expunge whatever you wrote and tied to my thoughts.

I've refrained from your Nigerian Presidential Selection and her shambolic court cases that followed because I know better that it is a waste of time. When others (Obidients) still hopeful of Nigeria elections get to the level I've gotten, they would join the chorus for the division of Nigeria.
You're not in my brain to know what I think hence I urge you to edit your post and correct it.
So it is now SHAMBOLIC COURT CASES? I thought you said the courts were good because they could not convict your hero, Kanu. If they could do a SHAMBOLIC case and throw away Obi's petition, why cant they do the same shambolic case and throw kanu to life Imprisonment? Say after me, I am stupid

At least south west is still Nigeria and nobody is asking us to leave Nigeria which we have been begging for years.
Apologise to the northerners first. When they wanted to seceed in 1953, your ancestor Azikwe out of selfishness refused to allow them to go by leading NCNC against it. It led to Kano riot. Go and read about it.

When Awolowo insisted that a secession clause should be in our constitution, your grandfather Azikwe opposed it and won.

We are fulfilling the wish of your great grand fathers. Wake Azikwe up to apologies for wasting several years that the North would have been independent assuming he allowed them to seceed.

Some of them discharged and fined the Nigerian government for damages against him running into millions of naira. I guess you as a person know the law better than the different judges that rendered those judgement in his favour.
Cases are not dealt by emotions especially whether you like a person or not rather, it is based on the dictates and technicalities of the law of a country and other organizations the country belongs to like UN. If it was emotion based, the death you wish him would also be upon you because we don't like you and WILL hunt you too. Therefore, it best you stick to the law and let justice run its course.

The judiciary should have spotted the error earlier if they gave him listening ears. Very painful. Govt should compensate these category of people to bring about some balance.
How? The judiciary listened to the lawyers. The other perpetrators did not confess until now that they were not involved.

Secondly, you need to realise that he is not exonerated per see. His case had been determined by the supreme court and he was sentenced to death. In the eye of the law, he is still guilty.

He was only released BY THE BOARD OF PREROGATIVE OF MERCY. Therefore, this is a form of pardon . He can't be compensated. Only a court of law can determine he is not guilty. That is when he would be eligible for compensation. For now, he is guilty according to the supreme court but the board pardoned .

Hey 🤠

*** Your narration denotes that you did not apply for the IW yourselves because the 221g slip must contain some information for you .

1. The 221(g) is not a true refusal. It is called a “conditional refusal which typically means that more information is requested by the issuing officer.

2. Your daughter need to provide whatever information has been requested or she need to strengthen the information she has already provided to the consular.

3. The 221g may turn to permanent refusal if the visa officer assess both parents as would-be over stayers . Another point is that if your daughter is in her adolescent years (14-18) or even older , then she is a very good candidate to stay and work in the USA illegally too.

4. Also have it at the back of your minds (both parents) that you are renewing her visa when she is supposed to be attending classes in school .

5. If her 221g finally turned to permanent refusal then you and your spouse (parents) are the reasons because a nonimmigrant is a person who has a residence and (especially nuclear) and family abroad they do not intend to abandon and this girl on 221g might be YOUR ONLY CHILD ?

6. The Consular had the whiff of immigrant intent. If you all have the visas, then all of you together looks like you are ready, willing, and able to stay in America.

Best Wishes 🙏

Obviously, she already booked the interview. However, if you are familiar with it, the appointment confirmation letter is very similar to IW and you would be wondering whether it is still IW or physical appointment .
That is simply the question she is asking. She only needs reassurance it is the right appointment she booked but for a physical interview.

Hushpuppy was an isolated case and that is the reason why you kept mentioning him. I guess Hushpuppy is responsible for our ban from
Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand , Turkey etc too. While other Africans can easily go to Bali, I had to pay 1200 dollars just for a single entry visa for a one week holiday in Bali. They call it calling visa because Nigerians can’t just apply for visa to Indonesia. Our drug brothers have finished our reputation there. A committee consisting of police, drug police, intelligence unit etc has to seat on every application for visa from Nigeria regardless of who you are. Even if you have a green card from USA, it is the same process. I am presently in New Zealand and I am shocked at the reputation that certain tribe in Nigeria has outside the shore of the country. I had to start telling foreigners that yes , I am a Nigerian but I didn’t come from that tribe.

If the people from that tribe can reduce crime by just 50 percent, Nigerians will gain reputation as the most honest black Africans worldwide.

Here in the u.s and other developed nations, Mexican cartels, Italian mafia/ mobs, Japanese yakuza, chinese mafia and other nationals constitute nuisance all over and they're treated just like Nigerians so it's not about "people from a certain region"....as long as you're not Caucasian or a true native of their country, you're tagged one name or the other.

People from all regions in nigeria commit crimes in the uae like our brother hush pup and his crew....so shut it pls.

I would have loved to excuse your ineptitude but you called your father Oponu down there and I think you need to be taught some decorum. It is not your fault that your parent failed in their responsibility to train a responsible fellow.

Anyway, the Mexicans are known all over the world for drug cartels. That is because we have a large percentage of them involved in organized drug cartels.

That doesn’t mean people from other countries were not involved but if you mention drug cartel, Mexico comes to mind because they have large populations of such.
Has it occurred to you that the person you are responding to did not mention any tribe but you kept talking about Hushpuppy. It means deep down, you know the tribe WITH THE LARGEST POPULATION OF CRIMINALS IN NIGERIA giving us the bad name that Nigerians are known for.

Therefore, cover the shame of your parent by displaying some level of decorum and stop parading your lack of home training as an evidence of their failure in raising a responsible fellow

Let’s see how it goes.

One may ask what the interest of the father of the deceased is? What does he want? Does he want to take over his son’s entire property? What’s his grievance against his late son’s wife? Is the old man desperate? Is he greedy? Why is he refusing to accept his grandson after the demise of his son?

Too many questions to ask.
Let’s just answer yes to all these questions.
The only question that matters is this…. If Mhobad is your son, will you allow a bastard to inherit his legacies just because you don’t want Nairaland in laws to think that you are greedy? The only way to prevent that from happening is to do a DNA. Once that is done, everyone will be happy . The father deserves a closure. He shouldn’t live with doubt all his life after losing a son
CelebritiesRe: Court To Hear Suit Seeking DNA Test For Mohbad’s Son by helpee(m): 9:51am On Mar 11, 2024

When can the Court Order a DNA Test?
Where a person is a minor (not an adult) and his paternity is in issue, the court can order the conduct of DNA test in the overall interest of the child, to ascertain where he belongs. See TONY ANOZIA V. MRS. PATRICIA OKWUNWA NNANI & IGNATIUS "NNANI" (2015) 8 NWLR (PT. 1461) 241

Who Can Apply for a Paternity Test in Nigeria?
Notwithstanding that the right to ascertain paternity exists in Nigeria, it is important to understand that the process and conditions surrounding the application for a paternity test must adhere to established legal principles.

In Nigeria, the following individuals can apply for a paternity test:

1. A Father: A man who doubts his biological relationship with a child can apply for a paternity test.

2. A Mother: A mother may also apply for a paternity test to establish the biological father of her child.

3. A Guardian or Custodian: In the paramount interest of a child, the child's guardian may apply to the Court to ascertain the paternity of the child.

Mohbad's father is neither of the above.
You are regurgitating thrash. The case here is beyond establishing paternity. The father lost his child in a controversial circumstances . For him to get a closure, he needs to ascertain the paternity of the child left behind by Mohbad. All the rubbish you are saying above is only applicable if Mhobad is alive. As the head of the family, our customary law entrust the father with the family tradition. He reserves the right to do the DNA. Mhobad could have confided in him before he died and he can as well claim that was the last wish of his son when they last spoke. The law is not rigid.

WHY CANT YOU ASK THEM WHY THEY ARE HAPPY CELEBRATING A FUNERAL WITH A FANFARE?

I bet if the pastor was doing an elaborate funeral, you would not be angry because you are miserable. You are only happy when people celebrate misfortunes. This one is a birthday so it makes you unhappy.
