Trust you are all having a great week so far?

Alot of us are struggling with daily lives ,emotions , sustainance and past life impacts on our current life.

Addictions can arise for alot of reasons, it's not always as black and white as lack of discipline.

Some had traumatic experiences I'm childhood while others are coping with mental stress or even depression.

Whatever the underlying cause is addictions are always a hard nut to crack.

Types of addictions
Masturbation, eating , smoking , drugs, porn , video games , partying gambling , sex , lying etc

Anything which you do which you have little or no control over that can be triggered by external or internal factors is an addiction. Anger problems is an addiction, being that you are addicted to getting angry
Sounds weird right ? But it is true. I once met someone who was addicted to revealing secrets. He just couldn't keep a secret , once this individual is in a social circle having a good time boom every single secret that had been told to the individual they would reveal it to all around.

Addiction costs us so much emotionally, socially and mentally.

We always realize afterwards that we have slipped. It's like when the addiction kicks in you are on a high rush. You feel alive and giddy ... Until afterwards , then comes the feeling of disgust , guilt and low self worth

You feel like dirty on the ground and want to slap yourself.

You are so turned off by your own weakness and feel utter disgust.

Thankful in today's world there are lots of way to combat this. from medical treatments to alternative and unorthodox methods.

While like Ebuka pointed out you can use various methods from hypnotherapy to strict regimens of avoidance and imposed self discipline. I will try to elaborate on how addiction functions and maybe help you with some self improvement steps you can take to ease your self recovery.

Addiction as I stated in a past write up is basically a weakening of your Spirit aura.

Now I am going to be as basic as possible while trying to draw lines between the steps and how they work.

If you were to check yourself into a hospital to work on an addiction like alcohol abuse or in lays man's term a drinking problem

First thing the doctor does is detox the patient restrict totally access to alcohol and then medicate to manage the withdrawal symptoms.

In the spiritual level for example if the spirit when checked into the facility had a darker orange shade aura after this detox period and medication period which last week's if you view the aura it would have taken I different hue of orange , now the longer this individual follows this regimen of treatment for alcoholism till he or she is cured if you view the astral cloak of the individual the aura would have changed entirely to reflect the current state.

Same way if you see someone who is addicted to drugs or any other thing the aura of the astral cloak of the individual changes as the addiction is broken

Yes this may all seem too confusing to one who has no spiritual understanding but I just wanted to show how the two are connected.

Your activities affect your spiritual aura .same way if you decided to break any addiction and started doing something different and are consistent with time your aura would change and as it changes your urges change too.

What's the point of all this? I am getting there stay with me.

Now if for example I was addicted to masturbation with my spiritual knowledge here's the first thing I suggest
Stay away from groups or fellow masturbators , you aren't helping yourself.
Thought forms and auras influence each other this is why it's written that like influences like.

Let me explain.... For the sake of conversation I am trying to quit masturbation I am sincere and determined .. I can only gain strength and enforce my will from hanging around with those who do not have this urge at all nor ever dealt with it. You don't need to discuss it keep it within yourself and channel your inner mind to stop. Spending time with others whose aura is totally different and who doesn't have these thoughts floating around their astral body is healthier for you than being in group of people struggling with the same thing .

Let me get more basic

If you want to break any addiction first step is to decide within yourself that I want to stop

Then get a paper and list out all your habits from video gaming to how many time a day you eat , the best food you like , your favorite shows and hobbies then your top 20 best things .

Now get another paper write out all the things you hate doing from jogging to eating beans etc

Now this is the secret . To break any addiction you must change the aura that way when these thoughts come they won't find anchorage on your astral body and Influence you to indulge In this urge.

How do you change your aura by yourself alone without help ?

You see that list above of all the things you hate which you wrote above?

That's the key now pick three things in that list and start doing then immediately.

Get a life coach a mentor or anyone who can ensure you stick to this.

Forget the stopping masturbation start this, now see that list of stuff you love doing ? You are going to quit them for the following weeks until you find you are totally free from the urge .

This sounds too simple right ? I have. Used this to help numerous people stop the most unbelievable addictions it works 100%

Today I want to talk about the spirit beings which African traditional worship, European celtic worship , the Vikings , Greeks , and Romans all worshipped because we didn't know better.


Like angels who watch other creation there are beings who are lower and nearer to mankind .

We have so many names for them based on the functions. The beings who look after plants are the garden gnomes , the forest nims, the water sprites, the fire sprites, the moutain beings , the wind beings etc

From the so called God of thunder zeus, or third or sango etc are all.just beings who maintain creation. Like a perfect factory every aspect of a factory is maintained by experienced workers whose job it is to ensure everything works smoothly . The sun rises when it should and the moon sets when it should. These beings have Ben with us since the creation existed and unfortunately in ignorance mankind have worshipped them

Well we didn't know better , we were so amazed by their splendor we assumed them to be God. Back then when mankind was not so over taken by earthly things we could see these beings in our gardens in the forests in the hills in the streams but today we have moved so far away and corrupted our environment that these beings have withdrawn. Hence all the phenomenon plaguing the earth today is as a result of this. These beings run away from noise dirty and pollution.

Because these are so near mankind they are directly affected by our actions and state of being.

These beings are influenced by us to do good or evil. But also they are meant to work and swing positively in this world and when they can't do this they eventually fade away.

Mankind has done so much damage and evil to this world all because we allowed lucifer to sit in the brain. We hadly hear our spirit guide anymore talkless of listen to it.

We are more concerned with fashion, money , sex, infatuation than being who we are meant to be.

The beings have withdrawn further and further away from us. Little children born and nuttured in the right environment see them , and they speak to them though to us adults this sounds like baby talk because at that age the baby still has it spiritual eyes open, the Brain hasn't taken seat and closed this connection off.

This was what Jesus Christ meant when he admonished us to be like little children. That childlike innocence of purity is something we have lost when we give into this world of earthly materialism and immorality.

You see someone crying over the loss of love for a woman but not over the hurt or evil they do to others and it makes you wonder , where did we go wrong as humans. We must strive to gain spiritual knowledge to live aright and rediscover the way back to our creator.

These spirit beings are subject to us unlike demons and the others so these beings can actually be influenced by man. These juju people and such control them.

In native celtic rituals the leprechaun is used to gain wealth and the elves are used to harm someone who broke their laws in certain parts of ireland till this day

So whether you call them ifa, Ogun, Sango , Amadioha, Gnomes, fairies they are all just nature beings nothing more.

Sir, I dont know if the guy you quoted is a porn addict or not. But I noticed from our interactions in the past that you do not usually sense it or notice the difference between when someone has been addicted to something but isn't any longer and when someone is addicted to something and still is. So when you do tell people that they are addicted to a particular thing, especially in a public forum like this, you have to apply caution because such person may very well have quit his addiction about a year ago.

In gratitude to thee. These words probably don't mean much to you nor would you bother paying then a second thought because you feel you already understand and know everything about being grateful.

But the truth is do we really? Everyday I come across one person in need or the other who has a sad story of how life has been unfair to them from their own perspective.

By default human beings especially the christians are made to believe the creator owes them something. He owes them, he loves us, we allow God the father the privilege of loving us so he owes us!!!

Even without saying this literally this is the mind set of christians today. From childhood they are fed the story of the sacrificial death of Jesus so that means that God the father must really love us beyond reason because not one of us reading this would sacrifice our son or daughter for another , No way!!

When you point this out to pastors they smile with pride and say that's because you are not God.

What the hell does that even mean? So wait God the father the alpha and omega the forever today tomorrow and eternity that made us from dust, that can make a billion humans in a second form dust had to have his son commit suicide just to show us how much he loves us?

This never made sense to me from childhood when I first heard this story, I questioned the pastor until he got angry and smacked me then told my parents I was being stubborn.

It just didn't add up, because that means loving mankind must be some sort of food to the almighty creator. This thought process is a blasphemy and a belittling of God.

This lie spun by the church for centuries has man mankind a breed of entitled self absorbed demanding ingrates.

We are always asking for one thing or the other, complaining about one thing or the other, asking for one thing or the other , we never ever take time to realize we have to actually exert ourselves to first of all appreciate our present circumstances first .

When was the last time you took sometimes to write down all the things you are grateful for in your life and actually day thank you to our heavenly father for them?

You complain you lost your job first say thank you that you ever had one because that means you have work experience which is crucial in getting a new job.

You complain you graduated and haven't yet gotten a job , firstly thank the Lord you even were able to get an education and graduate.

You are complaining you can't find a husband or wife first thank the Lord you are being saved from marrying the wrong person and the right person 8s being prepared for you.

You are complaining you don't have kids ? Be thankful you have the means to even cater for one and an awesome partner standing by your side.

You are complaining your partner is threatening to leave you because you can't have children? Thank the Lord you are seeing this side of them now than when you had given them kids.

You are complaining you rely on your family too much and it makes you feel less of an adult ? First thank the Lord you are so blessed to have a family that supports you.

You are complaining you can't get a better job. Why not be thankful you are even positioned to get a better one by being blessed with the one you have currently.at least you use the internet to apply and going out makes you meet people who might connect you with your dream job.

You complain you are struggling to pay house rent ? At least you ar healthy enough that if it comes to that there are people who will take you In.

Listen I am not trying to diminish or trivialize whatever you are going through no! But I want you to leave that for now and take some time and write down everything that's awesome In your life.

Look good and bad things happen everyday to help us mature but we should take the same amount of time we use to criticize our own lives we should take that same time to actually appreciate the few good things we have in our lives.

Learn to country those little blessings and say, Lord or Father or baba or igwe or Allah or whatever name you choose to call.the creator , say thank you.

Complaining is easy being grateful is harder why?

Because religion wires us to think we are more special than the next person, it makes you entitled and it makes you feel you deserve better than the guy or lady next door .

True worship of God begins with seeing that which you deserve in the next person and understanding that you should never do that which would hurt the next person even in thoughts and deeds

Being genuinely grateful at all times will now make you simply more intune with life and the world as a whole.

You won't give into base feelings like envy or anger or jealousy.

In all things you will be grateful and expectant In humility for a better tomorrow that the blessings of the most high will crown your efforts .

The devil made me do it, I heard my angel speak etc are just examples of the many ways human beings express themselves when often trying to give excuses for certain deeds or when trying to explain what they perceive as inexplicable.

The human brain is the means via which lucifer speaks to man while God the father speaks to us via the spirit.

Have you ever noticed him before you ever do anything wrong you first analyze it with your brain? Before you do some evil deed be it slander murder fraud assault or any form of violence you first must plan and as you are planning the idea is becoming refined and better and then you have drawn up a method to injure or entrap or corner or perfect plan how to rape or kill or defraud someone all through you brilliant criminal mind?

Because lucifer speaks clear via the human brain. Hence why it's so loud and persistent whenever you want to do something wrong you will hear it clearly do it you can get away this and that is how you will escape. Do it she deserves it after all she ate your money etc.

Except one be spiritually mature most people have cut the connection with their spirit by listening only to the brain. Imagine if since you where born you have never used your ear to hear s sound, with time you will go permanently deaf .

Every single act of spiritual uses the spirit. Be it astral travelling , clairvoyance , seances etc you enter a trance state where the body shuts down the brain. Once this happens the spirit can now take the lead. Ever wondered why everything spiritual needs the human body to be in a sleep state ? It's simply so the brain can be off

Very interesting topic indeed. Have wanted to comment on one of your topics for some time now but have been so busy.

Anyways my question: what's your take on spirit wife and husband.

Funny enough I was asked this by someone recently who believed this was their affliction.

Let me state this clearly I don't know if it's for lack of a better word as I know it's often difficult explaining spiritual things in human words but going by the literal explanation of spirit husband and wife it is totally impossible.

But a woman can pick up an earth stuck spirit easily daily by virtue of her spiritual sensitivity which is the nature of true woman but this cannot in any way affect her ability to have a relationship with another man nor can except when the relationship has intentionally been targeted .
But I find most ladies or men who feel they are afflicted by a spirit spouse often are not in any relationship or they are unable to hold any intimate relationship with another for a length of time. This is not caused by any spirit spouse. There could be a number of reasons like but trust me spirit spouse is not the reason.

No amount of spiritual baths or charms or hexes can make a relationship that is unatueal stand the test of time. Such for ed relationships end eventually when the spell wears off with time.

Lots of people are experiencing difficulty in finding a partner for various reasons , some are due to karma from a past life others are just note sociable some just haven't mastered their selves enough while others haven't just met the right person.

This so called spirit spouse of thing is an elementary explanation to a deeper issue.

And usually women afflicted with this demon don't know they are. It can be out in the lady without her knowledge or she picked it up by engaging with a man who is into demonology and again intentionally put it on her . Or the woman went to all.thrs Alfas for help and ventured into conjuring with one not so experienced and the demon attached itself to her without her knowledge..

Also certain demons are attracted to women born on certain dates by default due to such women having high spiritual strength aura which is very attractive to these demons like honey to bees but I can't go into details of that here because it will scare people

Today I want to recap and delve deeper into the role of woman in creation.

Woman, womanhood , the partner of man, maidens ,lady every noble word has been coined to describe woman from time immemorial.

When I say woman I mean true womanhood not female. There is a difference, between female and Woman. Woman is a great title bestowed on the partner of man by God the father , it is a title she bares with honor, character and virtue it is a title to be respected.

Being female on the other hand means one bears the anatomy of a female creature like the XY chromosomes a vagina, narrow shoulders smaller gullet and pronounced breasts this is what makes one female.

In creation we have woman and man alpha the other beta (please do not take my words literally I always say a challenge I ha e is in describing spiritual things in human words)

Woman is the more powerful of the the two and I will explain my meaning. Woman who is the more hyper sensitive to spiritual and has a direct connection with all things spiritual unlike man who is meant to be active in spiritual things or else he looses the connection with God , with woman it isn't the same. Woman can easily communicate and connect with the spiritual by virtue of her role in creation childbirth and nurturer of life.

This is why I smile whenever someone asks me my thoughts on transgender and the likes , having physically made features of a female can never make one female.

A woman who lives up the the expectations of the title is like hurricane. She can unleash powers of protection and fury in her wrath, she holds great influence on the spiritual when she truly lives up to that status of true woman.

This is why before any society falls look at their women and study the change in their behavior and watch how it affected the entire kingdom or nation.

Go through history from time immemorial be it christian or muslim texts see how from the Roman empire to the Persona how as their women fell and allowed themselves to be degraded the society fell too.

This is no error because woman true women are a spiritual anchor in creation for spiritual power. A society of only men cannot thrive nor would it survive but a society of only true women would hence you have the history of the amazons.

A woman stands above man in all things spiritual this is why even in ancient times young men are cautioned in how to treat woman nobly.

When a woman lives as she should she aligns spiritual with the creator and her . A woman who lives aright, speaks nobly, a ts nobly and exhibits purest virtues stands as true woman in creation. Such a woman can never even inhabit the thought to self her body or engage in such crass things as voodoo or envy. A woman who lives in accordance with the laws of God is massively empowered spiritually by nature.

She has what the word refers to as feminity , she radiates true beauty and forces everyone around her to want to be on their best behavior. She radiates courage and her spirit aura is strong and powerful. The nature beings bow to her command naturally.

But today what we have is majorly females who have lost their way in what it means to be a woman. They try to use every artificial means to change themselves to fill that inner void they don't understand, some try to use the material things to fill it but no matter how much they have they just don't feel fulfilled.

Every society that has fallen is first preceeded by the fall of their women in character behavior and morals. It is no secret. This is why there are sayings like.behund every successful man is a woman. While on the surface one could dissect and strip the famous quote to suite whatever narrative I and simply telling you as it is and should be.

99% of any nation facing serious problems begins with how their women stand spiritually. The muslim nations know of this and try to use ridiculous laws to hold their women by force to higher standards but this while it may work for a while is unnatural and bound to fail after a while as witnessed in the Arab spring some.years ago.

Truth is simple.and devoid on complications and Manipulations. Anything is borne from falsehood. This is why anytime you see a man facing challenges the first thing to check is association with women around him both in this life and past lives.

A man came to me seeking peace and guidance and one of the conditions I asked him was can you stay celibate for 3 months he out right told me yes he can stay off his wife but he can't stay celibate for that long .

I never heard from him again. When I say fall of woman I didn't soley heap the blame on woman's heads no, the men played a major role in it but still to she whom much is given much is expected.

True womanhood shines like a beacon in a troubled sea, when a woman looses this she becomes a plaything to spiritual forces and a black hole and woe betide the man who engaged with her sexually. A woman whose womanliness is gone is like a house without doors windows or a gate yet there is a huge table of food and cash in the middle of the house for all the see , every single demon and earth stuck spirit will take refuge in her like a motel some will spend days some hours and some months they will go and come as they please.

Such a female will fall from deed to deed. This month you are complaining about how she cheated on her husband next month it might be how her husband's brother is having his way with her or next thing some rich man and his dogs.. my point is she will fall from deed to deed to deed the only limit will be dark spirit 's desire that's taken refuge in her.

She will find it easier and easier to do evil and she won't understand why herself.
Her emotions would be unstable and she would still not understand what she is doing in her eyes all will be justified.

She will be like a life boat lost at sea. Until she recognizes within herself what she has lost and begin to make amends. It is not by saying jesus is my saviour and suddenly she is washed clean no it doesn't work that way

She has to learn to stand on her own two feet spiritually, she had to learn to talk to God the father again, she has to take responsibility for her life and make deliberate choices to fix it, Piece by piece..

A woman can habor several demons daily around her person and outwardly you won't see any visible physical consequences, she may have a good job, good health etc but any man who crosses her path his entire life would be devasted by just don't of these numerous demons, this is how powerful women are spiritually.

I have seen a case of a grown man who abandoned his family, a wife and 4 grown graduate kids and Moved in with another lady in a different area. The man was convinced her loved this other lady infact he willed his property to her now when I got involved on behest of the wife it turned out the man was under a spell the other lady had attached to him by the lady intentionally to secure wealth , this is commonly done for Alfas for ladies or so called prophets / prophetesses given to unmarried women or younger women desperate for material wealth. They invoke the lesser demon named Bleep (Deleted demonology lecture).


This demon feeds off lust and sexual perversity and rewards the conduit with influence over the man , he is placed in a trance ike state and does whatever the woman wants. He becomes addicted to her and suffocates of oxygen when away from her. He comes to find his wife and kids irritating and may end up moving in with his mistress. Yes it happened and I have handled several cases like this.

So one must be careful and wary when indulging in your excesses.

We must as a society try to help our women elevate themselves back to their rightful position. We should only encourage nobility and discourage crass show of shame and objectification of women in our society.

Losing a loved one can be a huge blow, i know i have covered over various life after death the different experiences and expectations but i want us to take a more personal perspective at how it affects the lives of those who have lost someone and give some tips on how best to cope.

If you haven't lost someone close to you ,trust me when i say nothing prepares you for it- It is a devastatingly powerful experience that changes your life forever.´
Nothing prepares you for it, no amount of spiritual growth or spiritual knowledge of toughness can prepare you for seeing that body looking like it is asleep right before your eyes knowing that you will never fight with them again, you will never smell them again, you will never receive their annoying phone calls or hear their advise which most times you never really appreciated again. The realization and magnititude of this loos can be so profound it causes server traumatic and emotional shock.

Nothing worse them the pain of realizing you just wont see them again, ever.
You wont get to sit down with them or just be angry at them. Be it your mother or father or brother or sister or uncle or aunt or cousin or best friend that died the loss can be so terrible it leaves permanent effects in ones life. I cant discuss people whom i help their cases so i will try to tal from my own personal perspective.

I remember that morning when i woke to a call from my kid brother at 5 am which was odd because its a mum that usually calls at such odd hours and i was exhausted from the previous day of going to pick up my dad from the hospital (Dad had been battling cancer for years) and dropping him off at home really late so when i called back after the second call i felt like just shouting at him to say why are you calling me so early. But something was odd when he picked and it was mums voice frantic and worrying she was saying come now your dad is unconscious.

i dont know how i managed it but i went from my bed to my car in seconds and was on th road driving fast and calling at the same time asking what happened have you called the doctor etc

i got to their house rushed up stairs and dad was laying on the floor of his room my baby brother trying to do CPR mum looking like she was in a trance and i immediately screamed for the security man to come up and help me carry my dad down to the car. One thing struck me and i gripped his wrists he was cold as ice but his belly was warm i knew at that moment, my mum was watching me intensely looking for any sign of hope i lied to her mum come on he is alright, she held he chest in relief i looked at my friend with my eyes i said dont say word.

We all got into my SUV mum got into the back and laid dads head on her lap i drove us to the hospital as fast as possible, all the while i could hear mum telling dad dont leave me o, how will i do, remember i just retired and we have plans dont you dare lave me o.. She was saying this over and over again calling his pet name.

When i drove into the hospital the nurses and staff where on stand by, Dad had been getting his treatment there and another specialist hospital but this was nearest

The brought a wheel chair and immediately i opened the door one of the nurses was already shaking her head and saying AAAH Daddy is i shouted Yes he is getting better , i frowned at her and she immediately understood because my mum had rushed to her side saying my daughter is everything fine with daddy? The nurse had sharpened up and nodded yes mama dont worry we will revive him.

i told mum to wait in the waiting area with a friend who had driven there to as i called him. They took my dad to his private room and there to doctor told me after doing some checks what i already knew that dad had passed away about an hour now.

That moment was hard, i had known when i felt his body but the confirmation was hard and worst of all was how was i going to tell my mum?

This is what loosing a loved on can do it causes tremendous pain and grief and often confusion. i remember i had to be the one to first call th last born whom i had told to follow mum and my friend home we lied to my mum that dad had woken up that she needs to go get some things and Ogi native pap for him she was so excited and wanted to see him but i said she should go get the food and a change of clothes , i drew my friend aside and younger one and told them dad had passed they should take mum home and stay there. Eventually we told mum and that led to years of depression and grief, thankfully she is better now

The pain of losing a loved one is unimaginable, you wonder where do you start from, your chest feels so emptxy and hollow, sometimes you are just moving numb- you are blank and unaware.

I recall a friend who lost his mother, while we were in school. Oh my, some days this guy will be sitting down and tears will be flowing from his eyes and he isn't aware tears are flowing from his eyes its those of us around him who call his attention to it then he quickly cleans his face. sometimes he wakes up with tears all over his pillow. His grief was so severe it changed him. Nothing prepares one for the pain, i know someone who used to work for one of the popular Telco's in Nigeria, He lost his 3 year old daughter
It affected him mentally, this man would go to work sometimes without bathing, he would not go home he would go to sleep in cheap hotels after drinking , we as his friend tried all we could, he never fully recovered the company had to terminate his employment. He was messed up emotionally , he had to be put in a psychiatric hospital for almost a year before he was okay. He left his marriage and relocated abroad till today.

We all cope with pain differently, because the grief of losing someone loved to death is sometimes so great it hurts to your core. What can you do but gather yourself piece by piece each day. The pain never goes away, No it stays with you, but with time you get used to it.

You just have to find the strength in you to get up even if you couldn't sleep or not and try and face the day.

You try to get from morning to evening lay down on your bed and next day you rinse and repeat-

Here are some tips i have to help you cope

1.Bag all their belongings: Clothes, dairy, their favorite things like combs, under ware , watches , jewelry, take all thesse things and put them in bags, or Ghana must go or boxes whichever you have and lock them away.

2. Switch off them phones too , and bag them , plus their laptops too, after off course notifying their school, work or colleagues then bag all these things away.

3. If you have access to their Facebook page notify Facebook they have passed away and Facebook will turn it into a memorial page for you- Its a simple process just email Facebook the death certificate of an image of the death announcement

4. Don't be alone stay with family and friends.

5. Get ready for insomnia, you will loose sleep for a while don't worry its a natural way of your body coping with the grief, because at this point your blood pressure would be really high hence loss of sleep.

7. If they have pictures in the house , i mean framed pictures hanging on the wall turn all of them over . Taking them down is best but that's not realistic your heart may not be ready for such closure yet.

8. Yes you are going to withdraw, you are not going to be social ,you are gong to feel like you are going mad, you are going to hold onto their clothes just so you can smell them, all this is normal, this phase will pass-

9. My oh my, you are going to cry,you are going to cry and cry and cry, some days it will be hard to breath, some days your heart will pain you in your chest some days you will be a wreck, but its all going to be okay eventually-

10. Guilt: If you had fights or a difficult relationship especially close to the time of death its normal to feel regret and guilt for not trying hard enough to fix the relationship, hey, you did your best, its okay.

11. Fear: The fear of forgetting them stays with you for ever till you die. You forever try to remember how they used to sit down, how they used to laugh, shout, argue how your loved one used to smile and frown, this stays with you forever don't be afraid you will forget , you wont.

12. Try to remember how they lived, the lessons they impacted into your life , because when they are gone you realize how trivial all the disagreements and issues you used to have seem now.

This is why sometimes some people have had dreams of those whom they knew on earth that did them wrong come around in their dream trying to gain forgiveness. Forgiveness is so strong that spirits in the after life even try to get in touch with those leaving to get forgiveness
We must learn to forgive in truth and not the way modern religion acts it out like a movie

I have seen a spirit stuck on earth after death . She passed on after a hard life , her husband beat her so much in life, maltreated her and was a neighborhood nuisance and she died in sickness , this woman's heart was so filled of anger 9t held her hovering around for years until reckoning dawned on her after years of even the so called husband had died and sunkedn to lower regions to atone for his crimes she was hovering around following shadows of him here on earth . It was a sad thing to behold indeed
