For over 170 years now, the Seventh-day Adventist Church has been warning the world that the mark of the beast has everything to do with Sunday. Since the Bible says the whole world will receive this mark, people have been wondering how Muslims and Jews will abandon their traditional worship days to honour Sunday. Here is an important breaking news in that regard.

Muslim majority nations typically work from Sundays to Thursdays and have two-day weekends consisting of Fridays and Saturdays. So Fridays and Saturdays are free days but Sundays are not. However, on the 4th of February 2019, Pope Francis was in Dubai (the UAE) to sign a certain document with the Moslem world. That document is simply referred to as the Document on Human Fraternity. The physical manifestation of this interfaith document is the tripartite Abrahamic Family House in Dubai that contains a Church, a Mosque, and a Synagogue. For Moslems and Jews and Christians to connect in the sensitive issue of worship, there has to be a common day of worship and you are not permitted to guess which day of worship that will be because, although the Family House is still being completed as at the time of this publication and is scheduled to be opened to the public this year, things are already moving in a certain direction that leaves little room for controversy or conjecture. I have not read the Document on Human Fraternity signed by Pope Francis and Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Ahmed El-Tayeb, but, apparently, it isn’t a stack of empty sheets of paper.

To prove that Sunday will eventually be honoured by the whole world, the government of the UAE announced in December 2021 that, beginning from the 1st of January, 2022, that Muslim nation will no longer honour Friday as a work-free day. Rather, Friday will become a half-working day, and the weekend will now be from Saturday to Sunday — like virtually the rest of the world. Note that the real change here was to enable a free Sunday; Saturday was already a free day. But to enable a free Sunday, Islam’s holy day – Friday – had to be sacrificed. This is earth shaking and students of prophecy know this to be so. Of course they will give you nice-sounding reasons for this unprecedented move, but the summary is that Sunday is no longer going to be a working day while Friday will now be a working day – in an Islamic nation! Honour has been given to Sunday, which is the day through which the mark of the beast will come alive.

Gunmen have killed the son of Senator Bala Na’allah, the senator representing Kebbi South senatorial district.

The deceased, Abdulkarim Bala Na Allah, who was a pilot and the eldest child of the Senator, Abdulkarim Bala Na’allah, was killed at his Malali Residence in the Kaduna metropolis.

Although the police authorities in Kaduna State have confirmed the incident, they did not give details.

The Special Adviser to Senator Na Allah, Garba Mohammed, while confirming the tragic incident, said the assailants had gained entrance to the house through the roof behind the house and entered his section through the ceiling.

He said a neighbour’s security guard had noticed the gate of the deceased home opened and raised the alarm which led to the discovery of the remains of the pilot.

The 33 foot long limousine is reportedly worth over two million dollars, making it one of the world's most expensive car. The limousine car which can also function as a luxury yacht can comfortably contain 12 passengers and two crew members.

Cars that could do more than just running on roads were once considered as a fiction and believed to only exist in movies. But with the fast growth of the world's Technology sector, cars that can travel on water, and even in air, are becoming a reality. A 42-year-old man, Onyeka Augustin, has reportedly died of electrocution, while allegedly trying to illegally connect electric wire that was initially disconnected by operatives of BEDC Electricity Plc.

According to a statement by the Edo State Police Command’s spokesman, SP Kontongs Bello, the incident occurred on Friday, at No 6, Akugbe Street, off 1st Upstairs Road Benin City, at about 5.10pm.

The statement had it that the electricity wire was disconnected at Eguavoen Street, off 1st Upstairs Road, Ikpoba Hill, in Benin.

“On receipt of the information, the Divisional Police Officer (DPO), Ikpoba Hill Division, CSP Moses Olanrewaju, immediately swung into action and drafted operatives to the scene where they met the lifeless body of the man hanging on the wires.

“The body was removed by the police operatives and deposited at the mortuary,” the statement said.

It added that the police was making effort to contact the family members of the deceased.

Meanwhile, the State Police Commissioner, Phillip Aliyu Ogbadu, has again appealed to the general public to always shun illegal activities, noting that the result was always disastrous.

While reiterating his commitment to a crime free Edo State, Ogbadu noted that information was important to achieving a crime free society.

The CP, therefore, called on well-meaning people in the State to continue to support the police with credible information to enable it achieve its mandate of protecting lives and property.
