I have other cars and the drivers take care of the expenses themselves. But this guy comes up with excuses every time. He even told me yesterday that I should buy a new engine in the car for him. The car is currently jerking coupled with some other things. I had to collect the car from him yesterday and told him never to come back for it again. I will buy the glass myself and repair the car and give it to another driver. I usually don't want problems and now looking for a good driver without stories.
