can you be sincere to yourself that 90% of Ibadan houses has toilet Lagos and Enugu ranks among the most resilient city in the world please check what it means by resilient even a village can be resilient yes Lagos is livable but as for Enugu.

Abagworo: I have only been to Kano on a brief stop over without exploration but Nigerian cities are generally centered on the major roads. Amaechi tried in giving D-Line area of Port Harcourt the best inner city roads in the East but that is just 2% to 5% of the city. Most Governors need to visit D-Line and catch a glimpse of how it should be done but 70% of inner streets in Port Harcourt are not paved. The invert of ur post is the reality. |

The place is very poor in terms of infrastructure.
This doesn't mean I dislike Benin but just a factual statement. I wish the people would get things right some day by electing the right kind of leaders. Benin is not doing bad infrastructurally,it not just doing up to expectation |
