Lagos and Enugu ranks among the most resilient city in the world please check what it means by resilient even a village can be resilient yes Lagos is livable but as for Enugu.

I have only been to Kano on a brief stop over without exploration but Nigerian cities are generally centered on the major roads. Amaechi tried in giving D-Line area of Port Harcourt the best inner city roads in the East but that is just 2% to 5% of the city. Most Governors need to visit D-Line and catch a glimpse of how it should be done but 70% of inner streets in Port Harcourt are not paved.
