Our security agencies are too ignorant. Are they educated at all? Maybe they know these things but choose to feign ignorance just to extort citizens.

Everything is yahoo to them.
They're actually not as ignorant as many people try to make them seem including some of their men. They're very well aware of these things, they just want to swindle money out of people's pockets.

Feigning ignorance is a way to make it seem like they're innocent, these people are criminals that's been sanctioned and empowered by thr government.

Peter Obi packed his family and abandoned Anambra people to their fate with terrorism. He contributed to the terrorism. He was building brewery to produce alcohol and consumption, when Tinubu was creating infrastructure to empower.
Last time I heard anything, his daughter is a teacher in a government school in Anambra state. So tell me how he packed his family?

.his father owns next international was the sole distributor of Henz products in Nigeria

So if you ever made fried rice in the 90s or early 2000 before bama came out you most likely paid Peter obi father

He was the solve distributor of several wines

Owned a number of super markets

Infact obi inherited $175 million from his father which he claimed the he grew to over $500 million

Obi was a rich kid he drove cars in school ...sultan of Sokoto lived in his house he built in school when sultan served in nsukka ...at least sultan is not dead

Do you know how rich your father would be for you to be able to build a house in the town you schooled ?
These cretins you're trying to explain to already know these things because Obi has repeatedly talked about this, but they would keep making silly noise.

They're not genuinely asking because they're curious they're asking because they have nothing else to say.

They thought every single politician made their money from drugs or looting. They don't know there are lots of people who either made their money legitimately or inherited from parents or relatives.

Why do Igbo hate igbos that marry Yorubas

The hatred is too obvious

PSquare is a typical example, the one that marry Igbo have parted and the one with Yoruba wife that was seen as outcast have his marriage running smoothly but you igbos hate the lady

Igbo hate Yoruba
Igbos vehemently detest igbo that marry Yoruba girl
Any Igbo that marry Yoruba must leave East else the marriage won't last, they will jazz him
Igbos are tribal bigots
You have gone from Igbos hating those that married outside Igbo and narrowed it down to Yorubas. Need I bring another example just like the Peter Obi example? Dumbo!

Igbos marry themselves and if they marry outside, it’ll be outside or a beautiful Yoruba woman or otherwise a Yoruba demon. But Igbos never marry Hausa. Is it discrimination or something else?
I don't know if this is even a genuine question or not.

You said if Igbo don't marry themselves they marry Yorubas or outside Nigeria, this shows you don't even understand the eastern part of Nigeria, probably because you haven't left the western part of Nigeria. Nigeria doesn't start and end in Lagos state. Igbo inter marry with people from Akwa Ibom and Cross river than they marry Yorubas. This is obviously due to the closeness of the regions and maybe a little bit of similarities and understanding socially.

Finally, the reason Igbo don't marry Hausas is the same reason Hausas don't marry Igbo. Hausas are predominantly Muslims, Igbos are predominantly Christians.

There's very little conversion from either religion to the other. So this creates a hurdle that prevents either from marrying the other.

It happened in June this year, he deserted, tried calling him it was unreachable, His family and the police didn't help either.

I got the idea of complaining to his bank, I went to his bank on August (Access bank) they asked me why I didn't come all these while that he withdrew the last part of the money 4 days before I came!!! E pain me shaa o

The customer care directed me to court to get a court order to restrict the account, I went to court, got the court order(pics displayed) paid them 10% of the total money. The bank restricted his account.

Yesterday afternoon, I got a call to come over to the bank...the guy was trying to make a transfer but he couldn't which warranted him to go to the bank...
The customer care told me he has 80% of the money in his account that with my consent, they'll unfreeze it and pay me or I can wait till it's complete and take all... they were certain because it's a salary account... money must enter.

Though the guy pleaded with me to be paying 20k monthly buy omooorr I don't think I'll have such patience. The bank told him to be paying the 20k into his account till it completes.

so the ball is now in my court

All thanks to Access bank
these ones are trying to market access bank as a good bank.

Yes, wise people always do. But majority of people aren't so wise.
Another thing you should know is that we all come from different backgrounds, it's easier for someone who doesn't have debts of any kinds to repay and little to no other responsibilities asides oneself, to save. Than for one with all that baggages.

Other things are cities were they reside. Some cities are crazy expensive such that the only cheap parts of the cities are crime infested. There's a lot to consider sha.

This average income. Is it pre/post tax?
Pre tax.

People who earn such amount typically don't pay tax. I think they run a progressive taxing system. Where the more you earn the more tax(in percentage) you pay. There's a minimum amount before you start paying tax, I don't know the exact figure but $31k might be below those getting taxed.

In everyone of my post on this thread I've not done any kind of conversion to the naira. My interactions has been 100% based on the value of the dollar right there in the USA. $1800 is not a small amount of money.

Social media, celebrities, fraudsters and people with questionable sources of wealth would have you believe otherwise. It is not a small amount of money. Also know that I'm not saying $1800 is worth anything more than what it is.

This ur point holds no water. 1800 in any local currency is not much abeg. Except wen converted. Its the conversion thats giving u headache. Within the us its a little amount. Just the other day one actor said he spent 800k to barb his hair. Simple maths
You couldn't even bring a solid opposing opinion to support your claim that my point holds water, isn't that funny?

Bro, anybody that tells you $1800 is not a huge amount of money anywhere in the world is lying to you bro. They're lying to you.

The average income in the US is $31k per year. That would be broken down to $2580+ per month. So, you mean to tell me that ~70% of the average income earner's salary in the US is a little amount of money grin grin grin grin. Omo sha!

Remember average income is not the least income.

The fact that you use celebrity lifestyle to gauge what is big or little doesn't help your argument.

Just so you know, people who some people don't earn upto $1800 in the US per month.

hehehe. imagine the guy saying 15k is the least they earn in a month. Most people are earning about $30,000 to $35,000 some even lower. Except you are in a top profession there is no way you can earn $15,000 in one month. I dont know where people see these figures o. you are right.

as for the brake pad, yes it is a lot of money, but i am not surprised she is charged that amount. this is why most Americans are good in DIY they do their own repairs. if you are engaging a profession, then you must be ready to pay
Yea, a lot of Nigerians have a poor understanding of how things work outside Nigeria. There are people who think some developers working with any of the FAANG(Facebook, Amazon, Apple, Netflix, Google) companies make $100k per month. I know how I struggled to explain things to one. At a point I started to think maybe I'm the one with poor understanding of the whole thing.

So they think it's all flowing with milk and honey over there. Of a truth they typically earn much more than we do over here but people shouldn't blow things out of proportion. It is good that such repair shops charge that much because that is how they are able to pay their workers considerably good amount of money. You hear Nigerians talking about going abroad and earn good money despite doing menial jobs, they don't realize the establishment paying them that considerably good money had to charge their patrons/customers top dollar to be able to pay them. Hope you get where I'm driving at?

Yea, DIY is the way to go. You just can't pay out of pocket for everything and remain the same. You just can't unless you earn so much, which many don't.

I didn't said $1800 is not a big money anywhere. But why is she coming to the media to seek senseless attentions with it? Is it to discourage others from going or what?

If she can afford a car in Yankee, already shows she is a big woman and not the struggling Nigerians over there in Yankee. So why is she complaining of the money she used in fixing it?

Since she wants to seek attention, why didn't she show us the car she is using over there, so that we will know what her worth is?

For her to be using a car over there in Yankee already indicates she is not among the struggling Nigerians over there. So why don't she comes back to Nigeria and start a business for herself, so that she will not be charged heavily when she is paying her bills?
Bro chill, you're using this opportunity to vent your anger on her.

You shouldn't be angry or blame her because if you've been paying attention on social media lately you'd notice many people both in Nigeria and outside Nigeria share virtually every detail of their life with people on social media, whatever the reasons are is not what I'm concerned with. But it's actually normal for someone to share such details today on the internet, especially if they've been sharing other similar detail.

Another thing to note is that, she likely moved overseas very recently, so she is shocked at the amount she has to pay for such 'minor' fixes on her care. It's the more reason she felt compelled to share.

I'm not justifying her actions as I don't care much, I'm just trying to give you an idea of a reason.

Is this a joke? Someone that earns $15k per month is a rich person. And would probably have somewhere around $12k or slightly less to spend to herself after tax. $1800 out of $12k to spend on break pad is a lot bro.

By the way, the chances that she earns that much is slim/low.

She earns in dollars, so why is she disturbing the media now? Or is she earning in naira and spending in dollar?
Earning in dollars does not mean she earns $1m per month. If you check very well her monthly take home might be between $5k to $10k or even less, it could be after or before tax sef. So if it's before tax, she would have to herself something like $3,750 to $7500, it varies slightly from these figures but still very close.

Having that in mind, tell me how $1800 is not a huge amount? $1800 out of $10k is 18% just to fix break pads, she would pay rent, insurance (car, health etc), mortgage if she doesn't own her home fully or isn't paying rent.

Bro, $1800 is a huge amount of money anywhere in the world, the only people it would not be huge for are millionaires or multimillionaires, both in USD.

Kayley went ahead with her wedding entrance, meal, speeches, dances and even posed for professional photos without her groom.

She spent £12,000 on the nuptials, so decided to enjoy the day with family and friends.

The bridal party woke up around 6am, and started getting ready, the groom had disappeared by this point.
