Let's assume it's not a skit. What did he do? His actions here are very calculated. He's not angry or even emotional. He's recording her and saying exactly what he wants the people watching the video to hear. That's not the typical reaction of an innocent black man. If someone is kicking you out of your own house, all you have to do is to call the police. The law is not arbitrary, so they won't support her blindly. But he didn't do that. He made a video saying things like "honey", "let me settle", etc. without addressing the reason he's being kicked out. He clearly seeks the sympathy of the biased African demography. The lady on the other is very upset and couldn't care less about sounding nice or pleasing anyone at the moment. That's someone who's been hurt.

Before y'all come for me, please know that no woman has the right to wake up and kick her partner out of thier house just like that. They pay the rent/mortgage together, and the lady has just as much right as the man (it's not like Africa where the man is the only source of income in many homes). To kick one partner out of the house, you must obtain a legal permission for that. Such permissions are given on the ground of abuse, cheating, etc. So whenever you see a man leaving the house for a woman without making a fuss, he must have done something that he wouldn't want to get to court. So they just give in at the moment and resort to reasoning afterwards or, like in this case, appeal to public sympathy.

I see how this video can be triggering to Nigerians who are used to having it the other way round. Y'all forget that men throw women out of the house everyday in Nigeria and nobody makes a big deal about it. The logic is, it is his house. So going by that same logic, when it is not just his house anymore, it makes sense that he becomes just as accountable as the woman.

I have not gotten another job for over 5months as the private firm I'm working with get suspended. We have been starving with hunger. Even TP to move around is not there.

I don't support tinubu but Nigerians should not suffer because you want to fight one man. Malami is very inconsequential. He is not as powerful as people assume he is. He could not even get buhari's support for hist governorship ambition.

The people of Lagos are not complaining. Even if the treasury is depleting they're seeing the works on ground unlike in Abia where a sitting governor distributes four litres of kerosene every election year to win elections. In Abia women who put to bed in govt hospitals are given 500 naira each but that's none of your business.

Meanwhile, this campaign rally isn't for the whole of Niger State. This is just a senatorial district campaign. But some people are trying to make us believe northerners have dumped Tinubu for Atiku. 😂 I wouldn't blame them though! If such propaganda makes them sleep well at night they should continue. On election day they would come to their senses.

Baba Ijebu pikin is doing a great job in Ogun. I think PDP will win the governorship election in Ogun, but cannot get 30% in the Presidential election. As for the Labourers, they got a little more than 2,000 in Osun governorship election, they may get a little over 5,000 in the Presidential election

I think you clearly misunderstood what he has done which is commendable and in the interest of the state...........for four years Oyetola was governor and didn't do massive employment nor increase the number of traditional stools in Osun.............

Even Salaries of civil servant till today, osun state isnt really meeting up to monthly payment of salaries....

You waited till you lost election before you suddenly employed 12,000 people at a time when you are owing salary backlogs and cant afford to pay......appointed new permanent secretaries in less than 2 weeks to handover and increased the number of traditional stools by appointing new obas out of the blues......

Can the government afford to pay these people? Based on the current finances and debt profile of the state, no!

But you did it, afterall na adeleke wahala no be my own again, shebi you voted him as governor.......

Its a strategy to destabilize the current administration and rob them of whatever goodwill they earned in the election campaigns that got them elected, hoping he will do the wise thing by firing them, which is what he has done and then the current opposition party can turn around and criticize him for it.........

You had 4 years to do all this, you didnt. You had to wait to lose election and then lose some court cases that may have overturned Senator Adeleke's victory before you suddenly realised that handing over to Sen Adeleke is inevitable, then suddenly went on an employment frenzy...........

That shows how much the APC and Oyetola truly cares for the people of Osun state..........


N:B; The way this works, if Adeleke doesn't sack them because of sentiments, they will work for his administration but will be loyal to the ideals of the oyetola administration and be fiercely critical of the new administration if they don't even work against it....

If he sacks them they will resent the Adeleke administration and join the APC to be rigidly critical of it......


Its a poisoned chalice.....


Oyetola is simply using employment politics to turn Osun people against the new administration, even when he knows they can't afford to employ...........
