This is what the US doesn't want in the region. A strong,defiant Iran that could upset their cart of apples.

CS is very expensive..very expensive
So to most families just barely surviving..CS option isn't viable...so I don't blame the men for their decision.
Another thing..some hospitals..in a bid to make more money would recommend CS even when it's not medically necessary..they usually target first timers, whose desperation is clearly visible.
There should be a mechanism to help such people offset the medical bills incurred especially CS.
Pregnancy Insurance for once .. specifically targeted at women..to cover CS if needed would go a long way to alleviate any financial distress

An agency as useless as its siblings..NITEL, NEPA etc..
