The man way of reasoning is archaic. I was shocked to see Buhari returned to power. With time I will be going to Nigeria to cause serious revolution. I was so much in support with Sowore the last time when he contested for president because I seriously want to see a young vibrant leader with a sound mind become Nigeria president. Enough potential in the team already. Sancho is good but his price tag is not worth it plus he is English, they can be disappointing, I only trust them as a defender with that his quality.

James is too slow for a RB and also he likes to pass backward. He plays more like a midfielder.

Well when you consider that signing an average player as backup will cost atleast 30m with a salary of about 100k per week like we did for drink water even if we pay Odoi 120k per week it will take up to atleast 4seasons before that amounts to 25m. It's simply cost effective and it also shoots his value up any team that wants to buy Odoi now will pay atleast 50m-60m

You have a point though. But most English players are average or good at best, especially this generation of them.

Barkley is this kind of players who play 5 games , one of them he is Zidane and another one he is Lingard.

I think Kovacic, Gilmour and Barkley will be the better midfield combination for now.

Airmark and Hensben, the priorities are LB, CB and RW (unless Ziyech plays there), but we need a better CM than Barkley.

Imagine a summer where we get Alex Telles, Ruben Dias, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic or Houssem Aouar, and a good CF like Werner or Raul Jimenez. Then a backup RW like Nabil Fekir or Memphis Depay, since Sancho might be unattainable. And we get Ampadu back as a backup option.

Tomori leaves on loan, Willian effs off, Pedro, Batshuayi and Jorginho are sold, and other deadwood like Drinkwater and Donkeyoko. Jury is still out on Giroud and Barkley (even though I want Barkley gone shaa)

A LB, striker and a quality CB are priority for me. Sell Pedro, keep Willian.

Barkley has improved in the past few games but consistency is the issue. With what I observed, Gilmour is very good at creating space for players around him which has really helped Barkley

Well, I don’t think we need another midfielder. We can use the money to sign a quality CB then. But if we are to sell Barkley and Jorginho we will be needing Savic.

I think Chelsea should cash in on Jorginho now that we have a better passer and reader of the game from deep in Gilmour. Use the money to sign a proper CAM/AMF like Savic. Kante should return to his favorite position(CDM), push Mount to the wing. Savic, Barkley, Loftus Cheek, Kante, Gilmour and Kovacic as the midfielders.

I’m telling you. He gets the ball find the next man in open space and pass to him, now that’s a CM with intelligent no time of holding the ball for too long. Also, he hits the ball precisely unlike Jorginho that either over hit it or inaccurately most times.
