German league is more like friendly games, it is the reason most players from there flop in epl, they can’t keep up with the intensity if not I don’t see why Nkunku will be on the bench for Jackson with his poor scoring ability. |

Maresca should play Felix as inverted LWF since Cucurella can bump forward too. Felix deser be to start and be taking dribbling risk from that side instead as number 10 |

AirBere: The only issue with Lavia is his injuries. Chelsea plays better with him on the pitch. How is Lavia short for a DM? It seems you love Gidigbo so much that you forget that although important, football doesn't revolve around height and power. At 5'11 Lavia is tall for a DM. I mean Fernandinho who won multiple epl is 5'10. There's Enzo who won the world cup as a CDM at 5'10.
The best DM in seria A for the past 3 seasons or thereabout is 5 ft 6. If Chelsea were to play Napoli today, he'll dominate and break lots of play despite his height.
At 5'11, Lavia is tall enough and good. Injury is the p. There's also Caicedo who's good enough unless you're looking for a Jorghnho type of DM. I like Lavia but….. |

swiz123: Your own is just to agree on everything your master says.... Just weeks ago, Caicedo was hailed as one of the best DMs in the league and now, he is not what Chelsea needs.
Caicedo has the perfect combo of what it takes to be the best DM in the world. Who is my master? You Dey craze for that talk. I’ve being saying here that Caceido is not a CDM but box to box that is good in tackles. I even went further to say if Lavia can stay fit we will have a good season. |

Ibime: Caicedo is not a competent DM by the way, he's a good 2nd midfielder
But no better than Kovacic as a 2nd midfielder we just need that CDM in the mode of Xabi Alonso or Rodri if we plan to be solid and dominating offensively. Lavia is good but seems to lack some stuff yet and short too for a CDM. |

bisqit: They underrated Gallagher Even if we think English players sometimes are overrated they understand the league better, it is strength, pace and aggressiveness with a touch of technicality. Nkunku was bought to be first choice but unable to adapt due to the reasons above. Enzo run with the ball is like someone running in the dream when he fold his leg before sleeping. Felix will even be more useful in that role if Maresca know what he is doing. |

Ibime: Enzo is the reason we are losing. Since he came back into the team, every match is a loss or draw. I don't give a Bleep what anyone thinks he is playing, he is not doing midfield work. Too many gaps when he plays Gallagher was interpreting that role better but because they want to balance the book with an academy player he was sold. |

airmark: Support cast don cast as expected. Time to upgrade the main cast this January. This is why i acknowledged your football knowledge. Some of this guys are not seeing what we are seeing. While we were winning I wasn’t carried away and still called out Jackson’s inability to shoot and lack of sense. If the coach can trust Guiu that area will experience improvement. There is a reason I don’t like half brain footballers like Sterling, Jackson and co, their uselessness shows in every game they feature in. |

MorataFC: Just listen to yourself, So, are you saying Pep needs the best players before he can claim to be the best coach? Isn't that exactly what we've been saying all along, that Pep cannot succeed without a high-budget squad, which is why he’s often referred to as a "chequebook coach"?
You mentioned he needs his players back. Are those players he fielded from Leicester City or Ipswich Town? Abi did he play those games with only 8 players against 11? Or are you implying that the teams that defeated him had better players than the ones Pep fielded? He won just 1 game out of 13, yet the value of the players he fielded was worth twice as much as those he faced. This clearly shows that, despite still having a better team on paper, he couldn't deliver results. How much worse would it be if he had a small-budget squad?
During Lampard's era at Chelsea, we had seven injuries to our regular starting XI, that’s more than half of the team on the injury list, yet Lampard didn’t play 13 games and win only one.
Below are the same posts claiming that Pep is the game-changer, the mastermind behind Manchester City's success, not the players, and he's the only one in that team capable of turning water into wine.
P.S. I will bring out more receipts tomorrow. We have being vindicated finally. I’ve said it here that I like pep’s tactics but his achievement is overrated due to the resources and lack of challenge he has faced. Any time he wants to face real challenge he opt out. Next bus stop will definitely be PSG. |

Marc Guiu don’t need any loan, he should continue with Chelsea, in two years he will be starting in epl. He has the physique, agility and scoring instinct, only lacking in maturity which will come with age. |

Raumdeuter you see what injury can do to a team. Pep complaining of injuries to his players same thing Chelsea faced coupled with club sale saga. Ancelotti was hit with injury last season, went on to win ucl and la liga. Pep should stop complaining, this is the time to really prove what he is actually made of and not whining on every press meeting. |

kizolo: These players CANNOT implement any managers style be it prime Pep or Sir. They can only try to play in the managers style for a while but they will always go back to default. They don’t have stamina to run or skills to keep the ball. Counter is their default style. Bunch of non technical players. Make them sell like 80% of them This is what you get when insist on continuous use of ferguson’s idealogy and style. Your club refused to move on from him even when epl have evolved from kick and run. Your club first mistake was allowing SAF to choose his successor. His style and tactics is no longer it for top clubs. There is a reason Mourhino faded too. |
