It is common for thes signs to be completely ignored by other family members. At first it was google chrome browser that started hanging and finally cratched. It started the day i updated it. Now i can't use chrome browser on my phone anymore.

OP, You need a very good management accountant to do just a little calculating for you, so that the exact salary amount can be determined for you. The welfare of your staff is paramount and at the same time, the survival of your business more important, you have to give to your staff what you can afford every month.

DEFINITION OF SEXUAL ABUSE: Abuse means being perverted, wrongly used of something. Sexual abuse means perverted sex.

DEFINITION OF INCEST: According to wikipedia: "Incest is sexual activity between family members or close relatives. This typically includes sexual activity between people in consanguineous relationship and sometimes those related by affinity such as individuals of same household, step relatives, those related by adoption or marriage, or members of the same clan or lineage" The word is derived from latin word "INCESTUS". CESTUS means chaste, pure. IN+INCESTUS means unchaste, impure, profane.

TYPE OF INCEST:
Consentaneous incest;
This is the type of incest in which two people, members of a particular family or relatives willingly engage in sexual activities. One of them could be seduced but not forced into having sex with the other person.

Dissentaneous incest;
This is the type of incest in which at least one of the people involved in the incest dissent to the sexual activity going on between them. One of the people involved is forced in one way or the other. Now, in the case of incest involving an adult and a child/unwilling adolescent, then it is called a child/adolescent abuse or simply child abuse. And it is wrong. It is on this basis that i want to lay the foundation for this article. my focus will be on the female children.

A TYPICAL INCESTUOUS FAMILY
The Mother:
The typical mother in the incestuous family somehow convey to her children a sense of weakened capacity. She may be over worked, chronically ill, depressed, economically dependent and/or socially isolated. She is often a survivor of sexual abuse herself and may never have disclosed the abuse. She may be frequently absent from the house because of demanding work schedule or she may be busy with house work and the care of children. Often her marriage is unsatisfying in that it may be limited in communication and emotional closeness. You might be surprise to know that some mothers might be aware of the incest going on between the offender and the poor girl, but cover it up in other to protect the family's name without taking any necessary step to halt the offender from perpetrating his barbaric act of child/adolescent molestation.

The father:
Fathers who sexually abuse their children lead a double life. On the outside they appear no different from other fathers. They are members of every race, religion, profession and socioeconomic group and are of varying ages. They are often members of churches and are relatively intelligent. Many impress others as dedicated family men who are good providers. Inwardly, sexually abusive fathers suffers from psychological distress, emotional isolation and emotional immaturity. Their thinking about sex is distort and they lack adequate skills in impulse control. Offending father may become self-appointed expert on all family matters in the minute details of each family member's life. They are frequently successful in isolating other family members from people outside the family. Methods for accomplishing this range from the deliberate embarrassment of guests who are visiting to directly forbidding family members to interact with other.

The victims:
Child victims in incestuous families live in an ongoing state of psychological stress. They generally unhappy. They are troubled by memories of past abuse, fear of future abuse and the pressure to keep the sexual experiences secret. The psychological change is seen mostly often by in the child's behaviours.

BEHAVIOURAL CHANGES IN SEXUALLY ABUSED MINOR
Younger children {age:1~10}:
* Nightmare and sleeping disturbance
* Bedwetting
* Explicit sexual knowledge
