bettercreature:***yea, in terms of the morphology of the red blood cells (RBC), they have a high affinity for Oxygen and bind O2 more efficiently making the plasmodium falciparium thrive better and reproduce more. Well, that's a smalll price to pay by the AA genotype-individuals as compared to the threatening ordeals seen by the SS patients. |
powerfulsettingz:***do you have a hole in the head?? hehehehehe! |
OrlandoOwoh:Commending one of the appointees does not mean all appointments must go to a particular section of the control. Get that!! |
superstar1:***I can only imagine how damp and dense your brain is even at your age. Fellows like you should not say a word when important and sensitive matters as these are deliberated upon. Grow up, you are no baby anymore. What do you mean by *the kitchen cleaner* you think this is a funny issue?? Mchewww. |
moshino:***Those are facts. Agreed! |
kamair237:***well, those who don't share same ideology that the GEJ-led admin should have been ousted should best be described as disillusioned. Amaechi was a pivotal part of that outcome. Moreso, sooner or later, beloved Nigerians would begin to feel what it's like to be a partaker in the sharing of the dividends of good governance, which has eluded us all for decades and is quite alien to most younger Nigerians. ***however, Amaechi's plight as a politician should be understood, going by the fact that he didn't only STICK OUT his neck for a better Nigeria, but ensured that the seemingly impossible, going by the then PDP doctrine, was done. ***Amaechi will be rewarded, that I'm sure will happen. It's only human and civilian-like to express the shock and frustration that have been seen from Amaechi. ****However, the fight against corruption would involve stepping on sme very sensitive toes*** |
twoMcfemad:***Well said and I totally agree with you. I come from the South-East and was one person who so much supported PMB to the very last minute. I have always had this undaunted belief in the person of Buhari to deliver as a president. Without equivocation, bias or any sense of sentiment, the time was long overdue to kick "the Jonas" out of the system before they brought the entire nation to a complete crash. Now, for Buhari to come up, in the quest for not only competent hands but to recruit corruption-free officers is also a welcome development. However, So far, most of the appointments have been Northern-based. And to cap it, PMB comes up to say his appointments will be competent-based and not ethnicity-based. The only casts a huge question...Is it only in the Northern Nigeria that competent hands can be found to be appointed? There are yet highly qualified, competent and trusted persons who can come from the southern Nigeria to gain certain appointments in PMB's cabinet. It is really a serious issue though and I hope it doesn't continue in the dimension. Congratulations to Eng. Lawal. We trust he will deliver. Long live Buhari, long live the FRN. |
Dorrobucci:Your sickness cannot be expressed with words. How dare you open you vocal cavity and spit such words as calling names to a president who has barely assumed office. It goes a long way to show how very shallow and baseless in thinking most people could be in conducting their criticisms. If you could use such words on PMB, then I only wonder what would be your description of our immediate past president. I believe this forum should be restricted to adults who can be very reasonable and objective enough in their submissions. ***get a life pls*** |
remirez07:The next time you intend to comment, check your tenses and vet your spellings. Just out of curiosity, did you vote for buhari or GEJ?? Mchewww!!! |
Brugo: |
I think it's best you give very sincere answer to questions as these during an interview session as memorizing and spitting some packaged answers would make you appear so fake and unrealistic and some very experienced interviewers would quickly know you are not being sincere. The believe that at any point you give a negative answer regarding your former boss, you automatically kill your chances of being hired does not always apply. Infact, the guy conducting the session already has some assumptions and expects that you give answers as close to the truth as possible while still being very diplomatic. For eg, I attended an interview and had to express with passion how my former company used to owe the staff for months and how very devastating that was becoming for me, and........I was offered the job in the end. The point is be real, passionate and make them believe you instead of reciting some cooked up lines. That is where you kill your chances. The key word remains have self confidence and self convictions and be prepared to give convincing realistic answers that are quite peculiar to your situations. |
waternogatenemy:That's point well made! |
dougivilla:I fear the level of immaturity and the parochial mindedness of some people. Your post above is not only derogatory but also completely out of context, lacking in manners and civility. I wonder where u graduated from if at all?? So many questions left to be answered anyways!! |
My very simple question is, why all these last minute rush to sack and appoint numerous political office holders by the president? Is it what the country needs at a time like this. For me, I feel it is completely out of place, baseless, one without and aorta of sense and cluelessness exhibited in the highest order. Is our oga Jona in his wildest dreams expecting the incoming president to overtly inherit these sprees of Appoints and integrate them into his cabinet? Would he have done the same thing if he were in Buhari's position? Or is he simply enjoying a payback season to those he felt betrayed and sabotaged his re election bid? These actions leave too many questions to be asked and I feel it should be condemned in its entirety. We have had enough of this kindergatin attitude and it's high time everyone, I mean every Nigerian stands against all these malicious tendencies by certain group who feel they've been too wounded by the outcome of election and therefore the country can go to hell. We have had enough of this senselessness! GEJ, please make haste and handover. Only God knows the kind of people you have as advisers. God bless NIGERIA |
Enugu North need to have a feel and a sense of belonging in the state. It's been long overdue. Best of luck to Hon. Ifeanyi |
It's just about verbal appointments, structures should be put on ground to make the universities in Nigeria somewhere close to what is obtainable in other parts of the world. Honestly, most of our "unis" are just glorified secondary schools, especially the so called new fed unis. Eehe...that reminds me...what is really happening to this Uniabuja for Christ's sakes? by now, that school should be setting an international standards considering it's strategic location as being in the country's Capital. Well, I'm not so surprised. Our leaders with misplaced priorities*** |
