Rashycoolbabe:
It goes like this, when you're looking for a job , you make your resume look good, take care of your looks when going for the interview with the mindset of having the potentials required for that job position
This also applies to dating. Know your strong points, what makes you a potential boyfriend, girlfriend, husband or wife.
Ask people who know you well about your good and bad qualities. The question then is are you ready to leave the single market.
its like u read my mind. I don't know wah I should look for 1st, a husband or a job.

His son for governor bearly one week after the father's death? Hahaahaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It could just be possible that he killed his father so that his tribesmen will recommend him to become the governor. If Faleke wanted to kill Audu to become the governor, he would have waited until after inauguration. I smell conspiracy here.

fayose4real:
Morning guys, there is this lady we have being dating over 4 yrs now, she is ok by me as we match each other perfectly, our relationship has being wonerfull, we live together through out our school days & even up till now, so i am the one providing food & taking care of her and truly i wasn't complaining as i do it with lot of joy because her mother died when she was ten years of age & her father is not financially buoyant, so because of the love i have for her i willingly and happily took up her responsibilities, due to the fact that i have my personal business which is bringing me money when i was in school, though she was the one paying her school fees her self then because she is not a lazy type that depends wholly on another.

her father could send some & she would add the rest from the petty she use to save. We both finished our ND programme in 2013 with upper credit in SLT, so we decided to cross to university through D.E, but unfortunately we were not offered admission to university, so i quickly returned to road construction as i am an excavator operator before gaining admission to ND. That was the 1st time we were separated by work since we started our relationship, my working place then was far so i used to send her money for her feeding every month. I knew for sure construction work is not reliable, & she will be starting her HND early 2015 so i decided to set up a viewing center business for her to be able to take care of her self and her HND school fees so that if the worst happened in my working place we will still be on a safer side & be secured.

I spent all my savings on setting up the business (over 270k) but couldn't complete it so i had to borrow (100k) from her to complete it. The reason for choosing that kind of business was to give her enough time to study as well as maintain the business at the same time, as matches are being played on weekends & any match that falls on midweek will be 7.45pm or 8.45pm, so i know it wont affect her studies. But unfortunately the business didn't excel due to the area, & fortunately for me again i got employed to the Nigeria Immigration then so i had to leave the construction work, & due to this fact we decided she try another DE because she loves medical line (nursing), & since i thought i was an immigration officer by then i agreed to sponsor her through it, 3 months of training no salary & i had spent all i had on that business which is not moving a bit, by that time i dont have anything like money again, to add more to my trouble we were suspended after 3 months of training till further directive, & dont forget that she is still on her HND, so i sold the viewing center at the rate of 150k & returned the 100k i borrowed from her 4 the business.

Fastforward to why am writting this epistle, when there is no sign from immigration that they will call us back, i decided to have a plan B if eventually they refuse to, so i told her that i will have to return to school for my BSc, hearing this from me this lady was so furious, she was so annoyed, she started saying all sort of things that she is 26 yrs of age now that how can i expect her to wait for another 4yrs before getting married, that God forbid bad thing in her life, that she can never wait that long for any man. I was so confused that i didnt even know what to say, i was now thinking that is this how life is, is this girl using me for her benefit or what, the same girl that wanted to abandon HND for 5 yrs nursing programme at university when i got employed, same girl is now claiming she cant wait for me if eventually i go back to school.

The 2nd day i got a call from the previous construction company that i should resume immediately so i rushed there to resume since i dont have any source of income at the moment. We later discussed the issue & she apologized for saying harsh things, & she is acting normal from the day of our discussion, but to my greatest surprise when i returned home on month ending break, this girl is now refusing my sexual advances towards her. Pls i need ur advice, what is happening to me?. Pls don't mind my grammatical error & my lengthy write up.
I feel your pain bro. How old r u again?
Family / Re: My Husband Has Idolised Me And Now I'm Fed Up. Need Help by HermajestyQ(f): 10:36am On Nov 26, 2015
enstack:
I had to create a new account just to post this as it's quite sensitive. It's quite lengthy too but I'll be brief. I need mature and friendly advice from people here.

When I first met my husband, it was in a library. We talked briefly and we became close. I have had past relationships in my life so I was careful as possible. I realised that he had no past relationship. He was a typical virgin and was new and I was his first girlfriend. So I felt comfortable with him. He was so kind and loving so I agreed to marry him.

Now it has gotten worse. Everytime he does anything I want without asking questions. At first I enjoyed it but now I'm starting to worry about him as it's getting out of hand. He does not display any act of manliness in the house. He behaves like my puppet or my foot stool. The other day he was watching the soccer game and I just jokingly mentioned how boring it was and I would prefer the faith channel. He changed the channel to the faith channel just like that. Even at work he would be calling me and texting me I am even scared he would loose his job if his employer finds out.

I have no time for myself.. he is always around. Sometimes if I say no to his advances for sex he would act like I am a wicked woman who has cheated him or rubbed him of his right. He would give me the silent treatment for weeks until I give in. On Sunday he insisted on going with me to the salon and it's now embarrassing as every Sunday my mates in the salon would gossip about how my husband is the only man amongst women making their hairs because his wife is there. I try to talk to him but he would feel so sad like I have taken smething away. I don't understand.

If I'm studying at night, he would suddenly begin to romance me and strip me of my clothing without saying anything first when he can see I'm studying. If I rebuke him, he would be very sad. Every time he must have one intimate relation with me everyday and life does not work that way. I don't know if it's immaturity or he is sick mentally. The day I returned home 11pm due to huge traffic jam, I was expecting him to be furious like any other man.. he was with all smiles even offered me water and collected my bag and books. Christ.

I need sincere help. I told his family that I'll file a divorce if this continues as I cannot live like this. It's no longer love but idolatry. I thought it's wives that are submissive.. he is the one submissive. Anything I ask... he grants even silly things. Things that a real man would query before granting.

I am sure that if I ask him to bathe in acid he would do it. I'm sick and tired of this marriage. Just a year. The last quater he gave me his ATM to spend when I went for training in Abuja. When I was spending excessively he was quiet about it until I returned and found it he was broke that i wrecked him. I was wondering what happened to him. Why didn't he talk?

Please Nairalanders what is happening? I love him still and divorce would be my last resort. I need your advice and help on how to fix this because I don't know what to do anymore.

Thank you all.
Madam, u r lucky to b married to a very sweet,loving,caring...gentleman and he adores u. Did I hear u say "DIVOURCE" don't even thing about it. Your hubby is the kind of man that most women( like me) crave for. Talk to him and work things out. Wish you the best. God pls bless me with that type of husband.

point of correction Mr. Igala, Okuns were never slaves but free borns. Slaves are marked by their masters so they wouldn't run away and probably create nuisance. The slaves in Kogi state are not so hard to tell by their pussy cat cheeks marks.

You are an e-diot if you think Faleke can defeat Wada in any part of Kogi state.
you are a bigger e-diot if you think am in support of APC. True am Okun but that doesn't mean I want a tribe man who doesn't own a house in his home town, doesn't visit home to be the governor of the state. Common sense isn't common dullard!

NaijaTalkTown:
Barely 24 hours after the death of Prince Abubakar Audu, none of the APC leaders have come out to express their 'shock' over the bad news probably because they are not in shock! The mistery surrounding the death of Mr. Audu suggests that he was poisoned by some powerful forces within the APC.

Infact, I and majority of the Igala race now have the sentiment that Audu was killed in other to pave way for Faleke. But INEC's decision to declare the election inconclusive have ruined that plan. The Igalas are once again being forced to vote base on tribal sentiment.

Audu was more than just a politician to us. He was our beloved leader. If this is how the Okuns plan to hijack power in Kogi state, then we are ready to treat them like the minority they are. Their combination with Ebira people cannot do anything. We tried our best to maintain balance of power. We are no longer ready to appease anybody. In democracy, majority means power. We will excercise that power.

Until an Ibo person becomes the governor of Lagos state, a none Igala will not govern Kogi. I urge Capt. Idris Wada and the PDP to use this opportunity to redeem theirselves through good governance and accountability.
What do you mean by "we"? Are you INEC chairman or Supreme court? What if Faleke became the governor, what can you do about it? Shut your tribal bigotry mouth if aren't got something better to say.

Everywhere in Kogi has been quiet since saturday waiting for INEC announcement. All I can say is that I see APC losing governorship sit. Audu's deputy (Faleke) is from Okun d second largest ethnic group in d state, I don't see d (igalas) largest ethnic group supporting Faleke. APC will b doomed if they nominate another candidate besides Faleke to replace Audu cos the Okun ppl may not approve of it. We can only wait to see what will happen next.

What will now happen in kogi state? Will honourable falake who is d deputy to Audu now take over? Court jamboree
Governor Wada will be declared the winner of the election if Audu cannot accept the result of his victory in the election from INEC latest one week after the election. Faleke could ve been declared the governor if only Audu was sworn in before his death.

If you ask me, both wada & Audu are no saint but sadly are the major contenders.
The coming back of Capt. Wada to he govt. House will be more of a miracle than hard work because of the way n manner he treated the state in the last 4years. Closing down schools n not paying LG employees n sch teachers forgetting they r the majority when it comes to a game like this.

Audu in turn has advantage over Wada because of the legacies he laid 12 years ago, the moles he planted in the state house of Reps, his paty and the choice of his Deputy Gov. Falake.

Its like a football game, 90 minute will tell whose analysis is superb
If u lived in kogi when Audu was the governor, then u would know that people lived in fear of him. Rituals everywhere, disappearance of persons and non payment of workers salary to mention but a few. Won't we rather have little dev and embrace peace of mind(Wada)?
