It's okay bro, studies showed that over 95% of men infected with Varicocele had total abstainess from sex i.e the don't or never have sex.
Varicoceles is caused by accumulation of blood in the veins of testes, i always tell men to get laid even if it is once in 3 months to break off the exccessive accumulations of blood and sperm cells.
However, it's not a life threatning disease if treated early, a simple same day varicoceles repair procedure (varicocelectomy) by a surgeon would do and it won't cost more than N70k.
Meanwhile, after a succesful surgery, your varicocele could come back if you keep on abstaining from sex again.
