There is nothing like accidental discharge ask the IGP he will say same, NPF does not use local guns hence before a round can be fired you must first have a clear chamber then you cork your rifle, before you engage the safety must be off. These alone rules out accidental discharge

The young man was shot right in the head.
Was there any justification to have shot t he poor man, not even an attempt to arrest him.
The officer should be arrested and court-martial, if found guilty then imprisoned after dismissal.

There is nothing like accidental discharge. They always shoot on purpose. Every gun has a something like a switch...when ure not ready to use the gun, ur turn it off, and when u r ready, u put it on standby. If its off, and u pull the trigger, nothing will happen. Nigerian Police are animals, pure animals, na only tail em no get.
