I really don't want to call Pep a fraud but from all indications, he does have lapses and may not be all that. In his first season, when his team was on par or levels below others, he didn't win nothing.

In his second season, after upgrading all the problem positions, he ran away with the league as his team was clearly the best of the lot.

In his 3rd season, it went down to the wire because Liverpool had made significant investment and their team was nearly on par or on par as some others will have it with City.

Fast forward to now, Liverpool have the necessary squad depth to compete and they're running away with the league. I take nothing from City who have done well to win the league in the past 2 seasons however, the critics will always ask if it was down to the excellence of City or lack of competition...

Is it the coach tactical acumen that wins the league or the aggregate expertise of the players? Because this "Pep is a fraud" talk, I no understand.

Once you excel above your peers, you are better than them at that moment since your position is something they want for themselves.

Tell Schools that when next a student of 4.85 CGPA is to be awarded the best graduating student, he/she should be denied because the next in line has 4.10 and that shows that : " there was no competition ".

Last season, as much as I wanted City to win EPL badly, I still hoped for a strong competition from Liverpool.

What he (the guy you quoted) meant by "Jama Jama" are : temporary jobs that are not sustainable. Example is a contract job for transporting materials or something else.

These jobs are not consistent but when they come, they take care of feeding.
