Politics / President Buhari -with A Challenged Change Agenda-my View by heywhytech1(m): 1:34pm On May 24, 2016
As a blogger and a die-hard fan of Buhari , I was pushed to the wall to put out my view about the current administration with a Challenged Agenda. My decision and support to PBM was shaking ,my resolute was challenged. But when I had a deep thinking, I realized is for the benefits of all ,hard time required hard decision and nothing can be to much for the price of change highly sorted in this nation. Kindly obliged me your audience by going through this short episode : THE STORY OF CHANGE.
When ‪#‎Moses‬ brought change to Pharaoh, the children of Israel had to suffer, but happiness did
they beget after years of endurance.
When ‪#‎Jesus‬ came with change,
he was alleged to be crucified with his disciples, but today we have Christianity.
When ‪#‎Muhammad‬ brought change to the idolaters of Arabia, many hardship and intimidation did he and
his followers faced, but today we have Islam.
‪#‎Nelson‬ Mandela of South Africa advocated for change. He had to
suffer imprisonment before he finally got it.
‪#‎Mathin‬ Luther King of America wanted change for blacks, he was executed and today Obama is the US President.
‪#‎Africa‬ suffered years of slavery, but today, Africa is a Continent.
‪#‎Nigeria‬ suffered 16 years of PDP misrule. We
prayed to God to deliver us from PDP, we rely on God and God answered our prayers. Today we have Buhari as the President that came with the slogan change.
We rely on God to depose PDP but today, it's unfortunate that we rely on Buhari to bring change.
‪#‎Buhari‬ can not change Nigeria alone without God's help.
Change is sweet but, it comes with its hardship.
Let's pray and be patient, for change is not easy.
But, we shall rejoice when all is done.
God bless Nigeria and Nigerians.

I thought the issue is about asset declaration. All those exhibits in my opinion are actually not related to the main issue.
1. Kwara state Subeb
2 Kwara state debt
3. Kwara state local govt fund.

This is definitely not part of the assignment, it must have been smuggled in by saraki mole in Efcc to make the witness not credible. The case is about asset declaration and I guess that's wetkam assignment. You don't expect him to know about all the cases.
My man, Judge work with evidence in giving a judgement, you establish your case with evidence beyound resonable doubt, the prosecutor is yet to estblished a single evidence, this political persecution will send some people on exile, like Ojuyobo the emperor of Lagos.

So all the media trials are without evidence , with the current situation Saraki will be freed. To win a court case you need strong evidence in the absence of evidence this case is dead on arrival.

Business / Best Way To Discover Your Talent by heywhytech1(m): 2:34pm On Mar 21, 2016
Research has shown us that 95% of people died without discovering their talent, even out of the remaining 5% that discovered their talent , 65% were hampered either by resources or by giving excuses. I myself, it took me decades to find out that I was good at writing, it was never a skill that I know I had, since I never had a good grade in English when I was in Secondary school (VCC) but today I have ditched out thousands of contents on difference freelancer’s blog , before I open my first blog “www.heywhyzo.com “ now “ www.alukoro..com” . As we all desire to be great, there come the need to discover our God given talents, you need to realize what set you apart from everyone else is your unique personality with all the special talents and strengths that you posses. You are the biggest asset that you could ever have, you are like nobody else, you are unique.
What inspired this write-up came from an encounter with a friend of mine, I was used by God to assisted her to discovered her talents, just on a sunny day like that, I asked her what are talents are and she was blunt with her response by telling me that she didn’t know. Through me she discovered her talents was fashion , today she owns one of the best fashion house in Ilorin. Are you ready to follow the path she followed to discovered are talent? If yes, continue reading.
WHAT THRILLED YOU AS A CHILD?
Take two minutes and recall your most joyous memories from elementary school. What made those moments so enjoyable? What were the common threads?
Were you highly competitive as a 9-years old? Maybe you loved soccer and couldn’t wait for recess everyday. You lived for it. You cherished that moment you could run out to the practice field and start competing. Or maybe you enjoyed working on big competitive, team-oriented projects? Your friends loved it when you were in their group, you had a knack for nudging the whole team’s grade from B- to A. You relished these opportunities. It was thrilling.
As you ponder these childhood memories consider what similar activities thrill you as an adult.
You may still be highly competitive, but now you’re connecting to win new business for your start-up. You may still love complex, Strategic projects, but now you do it for an international consulting firm.
Why do we make certain choices and enjoy certain activities? Why are we better at something than others?
If you have ever taken the “ Strengths finder assessment, you know that a “talent theme” is naturally recurring pattern thought, feeling or behavior that can be productively applied.
Understanding your unique talents gives you answers to these questions, your unique talents show you why you make certain choices, enjoy certain activities and are better at some things than others. In fact, there’s only a 1 in 33million chance you have the same top 5-talent themes as another person!
So, understand that what thrilled you as a grade school student and what thrills you as an adult are actually very similar.
You are just using those same talent themes :.Competition and strategic in different environments.
What work tasks today most closely resemble that joy you felt 20, 30 years ago.
Find ways to tilt your work today toward that moment that thrilled you from yesterday.
YOU LOSE TRACK OF TIME :
Imagine this , Its 9:00am Saturday morning, your time is your own, no soccer games, no carpool, no TPS report , somehow, you have a free calendar for a few hours.
You begin a favorite activity, maybe its playing guitar or gardening or writing that novel. Maybe its cool python for that personnel pet project you started months ago.
This activity, whenever you do it , pulls you in like a tractor beam. Your mind, body and intuition begin working in perfect symmetry.
You lose track of time, before you know it, its 12:30 and you haven’t even thought about lunch yet.
What if work was just as fulfilling as your Saturday morning side project? Is it even possible to capture and harness that magic.
Yes- take very close note of moments like this , if you are so captivated in an activity that you lose track of time, you are experiencing one of the key symptoms of flow. And if you are experiencing any amount of flow on a project, you are most likely also using one or more of your natural talents.
WHAT DO YOU YEARN TO DO ?
What fire is burning inside of you at this very moment, there is never been an easier time in the course of human history to begin fulfilling your life’s mission than right now.
Do you love writing? Cool. Start a blog, can you sing? Enter studio, can you dance? Join a chorography group, do you love cooking? Start a restaurant , etc. May almighty God help us all. Remember , Education is not just knowledge but action, take action today.

stick with your current job and keep applying, 34k naira as salary now in this modern economic hardship mehn nah I wont advice you to take that job, states are laying off workers because there's no money to pay them, continue with this job and keep applying elsewhere God will answer you one day
I don't see future in my current job cause our expatriates are even leaving one by one. I don't really see how I can cut my expenses to fall within that 34k, unless there always I can make money apart from the salary.

IMO,any jop that will pay you multiples of your stated amount is most likely a graduate job and I don't think any govt agency or parastatal pays as poor as that for a grad on level 7/8.
However, the future of the coy and your job security should be considered.I worked with a firm for 3years and just one Govt regulation/policy affected the company existence and I became jobless.
Am. A B.sc holder so I will be on level 8, but that this salary, I never also realize that State salary is that poor until now,you can also verify

Time To Pick Between Goverment Job And Firm

Nairalanda your advice is highly require in my case. I am currently working with a consulting firm here in Lagos, with no leave, no allowance but the salary make sense. Late last year I just decided I need to leave the place because I see no future there, I began to attend interview for other job, also told a family friend that is a politician that I need job. Last week Sunday the family friend called that she has secured employment for me with a state government in* (One of North central state)
Immediate I began to make enquiry about the salary, from my enquiry I was made to understand is around 34k when I am currently earning multiples of that. My parents are advising me to take up the offer and resigned in my place of work, please Nairalanda should I? I was called today to come and take appointment letter on Monday.

No place like home. The struggles here in Nigeria make us stronger. The only development Nigeria needs is Power sector. Improve the power sector, Nigeria will become great again.

India of all places, I rather travel to hell and get harassed by demons, than travel to amiskuri country where men have been stereotyped to be as emotional as women. In most indian movies, the men always cry like babies. To tell a girl he loves her, the amuskuri begins to shed tear. To tell his mother he has found love, he begins to cry again. When he's lied against, he begins to cry.

I hate their movies with great passion.
I have not comment on anyy post since last year Novembe but this well crafted script of yours is beyound what I can avoid.
