showlove911: Awkward and terrible mindset and mentality.... There is more to life than food and consumption.
It's not ur fault....an average Nigerian is consumption conscious.
All the cheap food you hv been eating since ur childhood, has dat improved the global perception of Nigeria and standard of living
Re you intentionally proud to be called a Nigerian even from our nearest African neighbors ?
Sycophants.... No mind am...all they know is food and fvck ...no accomplishment,no innovation... other countries are doing exploits but he is only concerned with cheap food...yeye ppl. |

Food › Re: When I Say Things Are Cheap In Nigeria, Lots Of People Will Argue With Me by Hhh4444: 1:23am On Feb 18 |
Nnamdipapa: There are other bills, mortgage $2800/month, heating and electricity, about 500$ per month. I was relatively healthy and had no need for the hospital. In Canada or western countries, you get the money and they all go out as bills plus you have to live a super boring life. I would prefer the bad roads and occasional power interruptions to a super boring life where you only exist to pay bills. come back to Nigeria and be earning 70k with your family,I'm sure that will be better than paying high bills in Canada. |

Guys be wiser than me when choosing your partner I'm glad you learnt your lesson... don't try to fix women, you will regret it. If you met her a smoker, either you accept her like that or you leave her. Never try to fix a woman, it's not your job. |

LowKeyManny: For the young kings, never spend your first big bag on family. I paid so much black tax and ended back where I came from, like I never left because I wanted to be a 'good child'. Paid over 6 million worth of loans for my mum. Spent another 3 million trying to set her up. All went down the drain. Funny thing, the stupid hag keeps calling me for loans I know nothing about. While I am quietly drowning. Lol. I work with my dad. Made profit of about 150m during the period I was trying to set up my mum (thinking my cut from the 100m would be for me to set up myself). My pops bought me an SUV in my name for #13m as a 'surprise'. And that was it. Not even 1 kobo from the 100m for maintenance or fuel. Lol.
My boss I've been working with for about 3 years now. Can't ask for more loyalty. I fucking bashed my SUV from my other hustle, chasing money with my boss, expecting some mad funds to roll in. After we lost over #450m in last minute dropped deals in 2025, I tried not to mount financial pressure on my boss. But tell me why I casually saw payment receipts from 2024 issued by the office to the govt ministry when I did all the work and my boss been acting like the ministry hadn't paid all this while. The job was small sum. #10m. meant to be a start for bigger contracts. And my Voss received #7m since 2024. I didn't even know. Lol.
It hurts. But we live and we learn. Walai. If the roles were reversed, I wouldn't treat any of these people the way they treated me.
Last last na only yourself you know. I agree with you...na only you want the best for yourself, the rest people will always act from the place of selfishness. |

A lot of of my friends and colleagues have brand new cars on same accord as Well. Some wanted bigger cars on same amount level. So when I bought my salon car on X amount, some bought SUVs on same amount. Different people, different preferences that was 2016,compare it to the price of car now. |
