I witnessed a scenario while I was in school. An old man riding on his bike on his way from his farm was stopped at a checkpoint. He was asked for the particulars of his bike...sure old people like going about with their docs. This man presented his bike's documents but one of the officers at the point insisted they should confiscate the bike and take it to the station. He jumped on the bike, started it and wanna make a U-turn. Unluckily for him, he was hit and killed by an overspeeding expatriate.
Though the oyibo man was arrested, he gave baba 70k to go get himself a new bike and the stubborn officer met his untimely death.

This happened on the express way linking IJU and IKERE together in the year 2012.

Exactly my point. I doubt even if he was in the training. All these issues were made mentioned during the training and as such I don't expect him to be spitting that rubbish he just spew up there.

This was the exact thing I told the INEC official training us. Its quite funny that its revealing itself now. These card readers can fuel violence more than the normal ones we're using.

How can you explain to a man that registered in a polling unit that his thumb print cannot be identified or he's not supposed be in a polling unit? And you say the verification process will only span for 4hours. Some of these voters are touts and have low tolerance level.

I told him, if any tout just carry kitchen knife not to talk of gun, I go give am everything to thumb print on. I go even call am winner.

Better correct this mistake now before the D-day.

My brother, were you not told during the training that instances like this would arise? How do you expect a card reader to read the thumb print of a farmer whose thumb print is not even there again. If indeed you were in the training as you claimed, you ll know the function of APO2. In this instance, the APO2 will check from the register with him to confirm again if the man really registered in the PU. You don't expect 100% success rate. Do you?

Keep your calm sir. INEC has make provision for overcrowded PU. And meanwhile, CR is only for accreditation and not voting. (hope u grab)

few minutes for one person that means it cannot be used. 1minute = 60 person by hours then 5 hours = 300 persons dont forget we have some polling unit that has more than 700 registrants

Nice question. INEC has provided for that. In PU like that, they will have extra APO(assistant polling officers, maybe 4) under d same polling unit and dis voters will be divided in other to make things faster. The more the registered voters in a PU, the more the APOs.

The most annoying thing a lecturer(my level coordinator) did to me is refusing to compile my final year result for 2 good years until I took my parent to go beg him. My offense is not being among his bootlickers. Just had to pay with two good years of my life.

Instead of downloading another whatsapp, goto settings on ur current whatsapp, click on account and you see number change. This will transfer all your contacts to this new line.

Hello in-house. Have been following this thread religiously and I must confess, you guys are doing great job.

I met a lady online through a mutual friend and we ve been chatting consistently. Whenever she's online, she ll always be the first to say hi. Throughout this time, I fell for her intelligence.
Recently, she was encountering a problem and she just told me casually(not expecting me to solve it though), but I picked it up, make contact with so many people and starts solving the Ish.
The respect she now has for me has really doubled. She now wants to always talk to me.(mind you on a friendship level).

My problem here now is that I like this lady, but I just don't know how to change our discussion and tell her I like her and wants her to be mine without hurting her or making her think I helped her out cos of my ulterior motives. I really like this gal.

Good evening guys, I really like the work you re doing in here. Plz help me with my system.
