The Nigerian police that are wicked even to fellow policemen not to talk of citizens. Nigerians hate the truth and like to live in delusion.

Many of these pastors collect stolen money from politicians and "pray" for them. They also campaign for politicians and tell gullible citizens that so and so politician is the messiah Nigeria has been waiting for. Many of them encourage their weak followers to believe and do irrational things like praying when you are sick instead of going to hospital, believing that your mother or grand mother is a witch, believing you can drive a car without petrol etc. These beliefs do real harm to society.
I believe in God but many Nigerian religious leaders are charlatans. They are the same as the corrupt politicians.
HelipsTech:
Leave pastors alone, they are not spending your money neither are they spending task payers money.

If you don't want to give offerings in church, keep your money, eat your tithe allow those that spends their money breathe.

Politicians are the culprit, they should be blamed for lavishing task payers money
Politics › Re: Governors Revel In Luxurious Convoys Amid Economic Crisis by higgs: 10:09am On Dec 15, 2024
I recently passed through Asaba airport and noticed a long line of expensive SUVs and many men wearing suits waiting to receive a VIP.A lot of policemen were also there.
I thought it must be a state governor they were waiting for.It turned out they were waiting for a pastor. Nigerian politicians and pastors are the same, they are so materialistic and extravagant. It is especially annoying considering how poor citizens are.
Politics › Re: Police In Nigeria Robbed My Brother Of His Shoes & Wallet - Kemi Badenoch by higgs: 9:55am On Dec 15, 2024
Many Nigerians hate the truth. The Nigerian elite are attacking Kemi Badenoch because she is exposing them.Nigeria has been good to them, because they can steal billions of public funds and commit all sorts of crimes and still remain highly respected leaders. As for ordinary citizens who are attacking the British MP,they are nothing but morons. God bless Kemi Badenoch.
Politics › Re: How Kemi Badenoch Used Nigerian Roots To Become British MP by higgs: 5:25am On Dec 15, 2024
Kemi is not the one that put Nigeria in the terrible state it is.She did not steal billions of public funds that are supposed to be used for health care, security etc
The people criticising and abusing her are the real enemies of Nigeria.

We will take them serious if they can hold a fair trial that legal experts around the world agree meets the minimum legal standards in such cases. It is the Nigerian judiciary that is on trial, not Farotimi.
ElSudani:
That is not how it works. I can say you are a criminal who defraud on the internet and ask everyone on Nairaland to be careful of dealing with you.
If you don't ask me to back up my claims with evidence then something must be wrong with you.

God bless Kemi Badenoch. When she becomes British PM,we will celebrate her because it will be historic. The people who destroyed Nigeria are always defensive when they hear the truth

These people will continue playing on our intelligence. Nobody is asking important questions:what percentage of installed capacity is it producing? How many of the production units are actually functioning? How long before another very expensive maintenance? For the concerned civil servants and politicians, these government owned refineries are just a means of embezzling government money.

Exactly. The economy is so bad now and everyone is suffering, but his location is also not viable. Private law practice is best done in big capital or commercial cities:Lagos, Abuja,Kano,Onitsha,Ibadan, Aba or PH.Check most of the SANs,they are in these places
nwirinedu:
The truth is that some states are not viable for certain trades. He would have done better in Lagos or FCT.

Your useless family cannot achieve what Innoson has achieved, that is why You spend all your time online writing nonsense. Unproductive goat.People like You are a disgrace to humanity.Spoilt brat
Kingbharry:
I'm pretty sure it's in the family. Bunch if idiots who don't have sense.
Your dad is an old fool, I'm not surprised you are as well. You kid have a lot of work to do if he doesn't want to end up like you and his grand dad.
I don't know how you want it to make sense that another company manufacture your engine makes you a car manufacturer.
So medicore in thinking.

Smh. Na mumus like you dey follow this journalist and argue without sense.
You want to call Innoson a car manufacturer grin.
Crime › Re: David Hundeyin Vs Kiki Mordi: Court Awards £95,000 Damages Against Hundeyin by higgs: 4:29pm On Nov 24, 2024
I knew you will eventually resort to insults. You are the one who is obviously not using his sense at all.It is a norm in the auto industry to contract out parts production for businessreasons. Innoson for example, makes some parts and contracts out others.Toyota does more or less the same I don't have much respect for arm chair critics like You.The people doing the auto business are private individuals like You but I guess your time is better spent insulting people online. Quite unproductive
Kingbharry:
I never said I wanted to start one. At least say the truth, use your sense and stop being fooled to believe that we make cars because we can import all the parts and assemble them here. That was not how the first car was made.
We need improvement and we need to push our limits as a nation to build things. How can we inspire the generation to come when fuuls like you and the stvpid journalist up will make dem believe that Importing the most important part and Assembling them here is how to make a car.
Crime › Re: David Hundeyin Vs Kiki Mordi: Court Awards £95,000 Damages Against Hundeyin by higgs: 4:03pm On Nov 24, 2024
Yes,I think You should understand what You mean by car manufacturing first.Talking of tyres,Nigeria had tyre producers, but the factories have now shut down. Since You are so passionate about this, what's stopping You from starting your own vehicle manufacturing plant?
Kingbharry:
Are being serious now? What's a car without a engine? Almost everything you need to make I car function is made of steel. suspension, the frame.
What part are we making here? we can't make the engine nor any part of steel. I'm pretty sure the engines are not designed by any company claiming to make cars here. So what part do we make here? Side mirrors, door handles, windshield? We don't even produce tires here.
Maybe we have to define what it means to manufacture a car
Crime › Re: David Hundeyin Vs Kiki Mordi: Court Awards £95,000 Damages Against Hundeyin by higgs: 3:46pm On Nov 24, 2024
You are actually quite wrong. These days, cars are not mostly steel except perhaps, the engines. Most of the body is now special reinforced plastics which have better strength to weight ratios than steel. Also, the biggest car makers don't make all the parts.Toyota for example, has a lot of parts suppliers under contract.Economic considerations are the major reason for this
Kingbharry:
Assembling a car is different from making a car and manufacturers are different from assemblers.
Those companies making the components get 2 heads. The raw components of everything you need to make a car is steel. Someone else makes your engine and every other part and you say we make cars as a country.
He basically saying we should keep importing parts to assemble here and be proud that we make cars.

Pegout don assemble car for here as well. Does that mean Nigeria was making cars then?
Crime › Re: David Hundeyin Vs Kiki Mordi: Court Awards £95,000 Damages Against Hundeyin by higgs: 2:59pm On Nov 24, 2024
If You design a vehicle and produce the non steel components and then send your design to various parts manufacturers to produce to specification and everything is then assembled in your plant, is that not vehicle production? FYI,these days, that is what most car companies do.
Kingbharry:
Credit alert journalists don enter am. I stopped listening to this fuul when he said Nigeria makes car grin and when ahead to copy and paste a whole bunch of sheet trying to defend his stupid claim. How can a country without a steel mill make cars?
Politics › Re: VAT Generated In States Across Nigeria (August 2024) by higgs: 5:54pm On Nov 20, 2024
You completely miss the point. A huge percentage of the vat paid in Lagos and Rivers state is still paid by the people You hate, the Igbos.A single importer pays more than 4m as vat on a 40 ft container
membranus:
Fine, but what about all other non-coastal states that are collecting VAT than other Eastern states, which have big commercial centres? Why is this so?
Politics › Re: VAT Generated In States Across Nigeria (August 2024) by higgs: 5:45pm On Nov 20, 2024
The largest source of VAT is vat associated with customs duties, that is why Lagos and Rivers are getting so much.Do You know the part of the country that pays most of the customs duty and associated vat? Try to understand the economy and stop spending all your time on nairaland spreading ethnic hatred.
yoruboid:
Just imagine states were allowed to collect and control their VAT

Apart from Anambra, which is just about N700m higher, Ekiti has more VAT revenue than all the states in the SE
