Indian companies mostly produce generic drugs.Generic drugs are drugs that their patents have expired. They are usually much cheaper than drugs that are still under patents
This is really shocking, with all the contributions India 🇮🇳 has contributed to the world 🌎 of medicine 💊, I couldn't believe I won't find at least five of indigenous indian company on this list...
USA 🇺🇸, has hijacked majority of their talent
Swore has paid his dues in activism and politics. He should go to his state and try to become governor. As a governor or ex governor,he can then aim for higher office. That will also enable citizens to gauge his leadership abilities and capacity.
Raising and spending a lot of money doesn't always mean that the objective will be achieved. This reminds me of all those start up companies that always emphasise how much money they have raised instead of business fundamentals like customer base, revenue, cost to revenue ratio etc
Congratulations to her. Those who a criticising her because of the things she says about Nigeria should look at themselves in the mirror and tell themselves the plain truth:Nigeria is a hot mess. I hope her party wins election soon so she can become prime minister.
I hope this casket will be safe sha, considering the level of hardship and hunger in the land. I find this kind of materialism a bit off putting but what do I know? He has the right to spend his money however he wishes
Illiteracy is killing our people. This is 2024 and people still believe that fellow human beings can use witchcraft to kill or use juju to "send stroke" to them.Ike gwuru
Discussing length and girth of penis in a church whatsapp group is inappropriate. If he is not gay as alleged, then his way of thinking is quite different.
Perhaps comprehension is the problem. I said there is no government presence in IYIOWA ODEKPE.Ogbaru local government is a big local government with many towns e.g Okpoko,Iyiowa Odekpe,Atani ,Osomala etc.The reason why I guessed that You work for the government is the unnecessarily belligerent way You responded initially.I don't know why a lot of people, whom I presume must work for the state government, become unnecessarily defensive/ aggressive about any criticism of the government, no matter how mild or constructive said criticism is.
Bestmanfornow: I don't work for Soludo, I manage my businesses also well informed as far as Anambra state is concerned, no doubt Harbour roads need attention, but you said no government presence in Ogbaru local government, please Obodoukwu road that was recently completed is located in which local government? Okpoko is located in which local government?
Some of you who earn their livelihoods from government patronage cannot hold a civil discussion without resorting to insults. All the internal roads in Harbour industrial estate are bad,I go there frequently.Atani road, which is the access road to/fro the estate is also in terrible condition. The population of Iyiowa odekpe is even more than that of Okpoko, yet there is no government presence whatsoever there.Dont tax paying citizens deserve tarred roads, hospitals etc?
Bestmanfornow: I can see most of you are suffering from low memories, Soludo recently completed the road from Onitsha/Owerri road that lead to Harbour Industrial layout, Soludo constructed many roads in Okpoko, built and equipped general hospital in Okpoko including Pipe-borne water for them light up the whole area, same Soludo is Constructing road from Ozubulu to Ogbaru with long bridge they're now in final stage, this is a project that was abandoned during Peter Obi's administration.
The biggest industrial estate in Anambra state,Harbour industrial estate, has very bad roads.Places like Iyiowa Odekpe are highly populated urban areas with absolutely no government presence (hospitals, schools, roads etc) When You are managing scarce resources, You need to allocate resources optimally. Soludo is working but prioritisation is very important. This project is not supposed to be done at this time
The whole idea of "a national grid" serving 200 million people is a bad idea. For electricity to be steadily available in Nigeria, there should be many grids serving different areas and all segments of the industry from generation to transmission to distribution should be in private hands, government should only be involved as a regulator. The problem we have in Nigeria is that corrupt politicians and civil servants want government to be actively involved in every industry so that there will be more opportunities for them to steal money.
Caseless: I've always said it; the easiest way you can have peace and keep your blood pressure in checks is to give up on Nigeria. If Nigeria gets better having given up on her, It's better. But hoping on her while you don't see sign of Nigeria getting better, that's where the danger lies to you and your health.
What goes bad yesterday is different from what will go bad tomorrow - It's from one thing going bad to another every minute.
We don't have the national resolve to do the right thing; it's always about the individual interest or personal gains. No national value.
Everyone want to get into the system to get their own share and leave every other person to suffer.
Look at the power situation that led to you missing promotional exam. It's an every day thing. Then grid collapsed and everywhere went dark.
They said there's an attack on transmission lines and 16 states in the north are without electricity for the past 9 days, we have not addressed that issue. We don't have any alternative to fall back on when situation goes out of plans. If we can't manage this kind of man-made situation, what do you think would be the situation if nature had put us in any space prone to earthquakes or natural disaster.
We're not prepared for anything, not even a pandemic. We're only ready to ready to steal and destroy. It's a sad situation. As a Nigerian, I feel like a man whose only child is not doing well in life. It's constant sadness.
Due diligence is important. If You meet a mam or woman online, your first physical meeting should be in a public place e.g restaurant, bar, shopping mall etc. During that time, find out what he does for a living, that will tell You a lot about him.Always let people know where you are going. Also let the person you are visiting know that You have already told your people that you are with him.
Some people don't really use their brain. Even if You are wicked, atleast have some sense of self preservation. A cook who is paid 20k in 2024 can commit theft or even murder inorder to abscond with valuables.
Another $1.5B down the drain, welcome to Nigeria. We warned that the refineries should be sold off because NNPC can not manage them effectively but nobody listened.
Kelklein: We need to be asking the right questions o..
So many things didn't add up in the report above.
If I understand correctly, someone went to take a loan from a foreign bank in dollars to equip a government-owned Hospital in Nigeria.. under an arrangement that he would be paid back..?!.! I'm not very conversant with the procurement laws in Nigeria but is that even legal.. I thought every government expenditure MUST pass through a budgetary process.. Did he do this and expect that it would be inputted in the budget afterwards..?! Where did he expect the payment to come from, the Hospital purse or by the government?! Was there an MOU to this effect before carrying out the equipping?!
Most people that do projects like this usually do it as a donation out of freewill or sponsored by an NGO or Business interest..
Why didn't he do this with a Private Paediatric Hospital in Owerri. I'm sure there are standard Privately owned Paediatric Hospitals in that Place.. or better still liase with one to set up a standard Paediatric Unit in that Private Hospital, where he would be a co-owner with 83million Nigeria.
There are just so many things not adding up in this case.
He should have fortified himself with a good education and not superstition. There are foolish people in every religion that is why You have people who commit terrorism in the name of religion etc
Nigeria is not working. The country needs to be seriously restructured in such a way that power will return to the regions, each region will control resources within it and pay a percentage to the federal government for defence and foreign affairs. Each region will also have its own police etc
Internet fraud is bad and culprits deserve to be punished. But I wonder why EFCC is unable to successfully prosecute seriously corrupt ex governors and ministers.
