Simply say those set of Nigerians entered South Africa illegally, must have committed crimes and are therefore unqualified to become permanent residents. In the same South Africa, there are Nigerians who are professors, skilled professionals and legit business people who have become permanent residents. Anyone who enters another country illegally has no right to seek permanent residency.

The chances u graduate then get 2 years working visa. Then fight get certificate of sponsorship..... If all this didn't click right then ur 40m might not be gotten back.
