Richtaiwo: For this remark alone, I doubt Wike stands any chance of winning any office that is to be decided by votes of the masses. And indeed, this video is already on the Internet and will continue to be used as evidence against him either in the near or distant future.
Additionally, he can only say this in the midst of heavy security presence. If he is in doubt, he can just take a ride to the nearest market without his security details and repeat the remarks. He will get appropriate reaction in the appropriate language.
I used to like him, but on this, he goofed.
no need to comment again.U spoke my mind.God bless u and grant u all ur heart desires.Everyting u haven’t achieved this year will get to u before Xmas.

ogododo: President Bola Tinubu has acknowledged that there is hardship in the land, blaming it on some actions of the past.
At a meeting with the Forum of Former Presiding Officers of the National Assembly, led by former Senate President Ken Nnamani, the President expressed confidence that Nigeria can progress through collaboration and inclusiveness.
”Regardless of party differences of the past and difficulty of the present, you still believe in me and what we all plan for this country.”
”I thank you very much; no one will do it better than us. I have travelled the world and seen how developed countries have done it for themselves through collaboration, inclusiveness and financial structure.
”Yes, there is hardship, but how did we get here? What did we do when we had very high crude production?
“We neglected our communities; we neglected the goose that lays the golden eggs; we forgot even to give them a good standard of living.
”We forgot to educate our children. Go round and look at the dilapidated schools. The education environment must be decent enough for pupils to want to learn.
”We can complain from now till eternity that the school enrolment is low. But did we do anything to encourage the enrolment process? We must ask ourselves because it is a matter of conscience,” he said.
The removal of petrol subsidy on the president’s first day in office had tripled pump price of fuel.
Additionally, the move to to unify exchange rate windows, also a day one policy, pushed the naira to an all-time low, trading at above N1,600 to a dollar from N600 to one dollar he met on May 29, 2023.
Inflation also worsened under Tinubu, making some of his supporters to turn their backs on him as stakeholders continued to ask his government to find lasting solutions.
Earlier this week, former military Head of State, General Abdulsalami Abubakar, took a critical look at the living condition of most Nigerians and concluded that “the hardship in the land is getting out of control”.
Abdulsalami spoke in Minna, the Niger State capital, when he received the leadership of the Campaign for Democracy (CD), led by Abdullahi Mohammed Jabi, who paid him a birthday visit.
The CD delegation had asked him to prevail on Tinubu to find a solution to the hunger in the land.
The former head of state had lamented, “Everybody is crying of this hardship and it seems to be getting out of control. People cannot afford three square meals, the issue of transportation, the hike in fuel price, the hike in school fees for the children and the lack of funds in everybody’s pocket is making life difficult for everybody.”
However, Tinubu told his visitors on Friday that his administration is focused on delivering tangible results and making a positive difference in the nation’s infrastructure, food and energy security, education and long-term economic stability.
PoliticalPower: My brother we knew the man na confirm beef before naa and that's why we screamed until we lost our vocal cords but una no gree. We told you Tinubu would make Buhari's hardship look like a joke. There's absolutely nothing he's doing now that comes as a surprise. He won't rest until many more Nigerians perish in penury. When they told you before the election that buhari is frying pan but Tinubu is fire direct you thought it was mere banter by wailing wailers? Na genesis we still dey bro cos more shege still dey front
But I thought you were one of the diehard supporters of the heartless chief pain inflicter who used one cup of cement to build lagos. What now changed in less than 18 months😅?
baba it’s time for one to be serious.tinubu is a mad man.Even his wife knows it
ipobcannibals: Tinubu has just demonstrated that he’s ready to work for a better Nigeria based on his ministerial appointments. The likes of Wale Edu (Finance Minister), Nyesom Wike (FCT minister) just to name a few. The president has demonstrated that he needs square pegs in Square holes. As one who is into road construction myself, I took a keen interest in the works minister, in the person of Engineer Dave Umahi. The minister has shown he understands his onions when it comes to durable construction. His works in Ebonyi state proved it, for those who haven’t been there. I watched the minister’s interview on the technicalities involved in building roads that would last at least 25yr +, which will save the country billions of Naira in the long run. He emphasized on the importance of stone-based road construction. These types of roads withstand all manner of loads from heavy duty trucks, like those found in the developed countries. I followed his analysis and his break down of what needs to be done to make our federal roads last long, which he outlined here: https://saharareporters.com/2023/09/07/nigerian-government-stops-road-projects-south-east-states-moves-review-contracts.
As I read through, I was impressed with the minister’s breakdown of layers involved in making a long lasting road…..from the sun-base, to binder course, to sub grade and it’s effective compaction, to the final laying out of asphalt. I encourage potential civil engineers to follow this minister on social media so as to learn a thing or two. He’s on twitter also. The minister made me understand that we still import bitumen (sub standard ones) despite the fact that we’re blessed with its abundance in Ondo.
With these ministerial appointments by the president, I congratulate Nigerians in advance for the goodies we’re about to enjoy in the near term….a little patience is all it takes. Let’s put aside our political differences and support this president. If he succeeds, we all benefit and if he fails (which I doubt he will), we will make the necessary adjustments.
God bless the federal republic of Nigeria God bless president Bola Ahmed Tinubu God bless every Nigerian.
for this nonsense you wrote,I pray u die before Xmas
ThePundit14: Did you also include Catalyst after changing sensors? Or just sensors
no they checked and told me my catalyst is intact.so it was just sensor. As I speak my guage is where it was since Monday and that’s the car my wife uses for school runs. The effect was magical.
After my never ending fuel gulping battle with my Toyota Camry, I later ended up buying a 2012 Toyota Corolla.
I went with my mechanic to a car stand to get it, when we got there we saw different kinds/types of corolla. My mechanic told me some are 1.8l engine while others are 2.0l and a lot of the corolla uses venza engine.
I wanted to buy any of the corolla of 1.8L engine but my mechanic told me that they're old model, that I should get a recent corolla with Venza engine, but I refused when I heard the word "venza engine"
I told my mechanic that over my dead body will I jump from frying pan to fire, from Camry to Venza. I said so because since the corolla is using Venza engine, it'd surely gulp up fuel like Venza, which would be a lot worst than a camry.
But my mechanic assured me that what I said is very false, that it won't. That a corolla is a corolla and corollas doesn't eat fuel.
His words really calmed me down and I bought the 2012 corolla.
So I bought 8k fuel to test the fuel usage and see how long it'd last, I know I should have bought more, but I needed to get a faster result.
Well, it turns out that my mechanic tricked me and I'm in so much pains right now, my 8k fuel only went for 31km before the fuel got exhausted, I later realized that I was very much right and shouldn't have listened to my mechanic that a corolla is a corolla, venza engine or small 1.8L engine.
From my observation, it seems the 2012 corolla is gulping up fuel like a venza. Yesterday, I took it to a mechanic and asked them to fix anything that'd make the car to gulp up fuel, they changed the plugs, cleaned the filter, I will be testing it today with another 8k fuel, I pray and I hope that it won't be as bad as it was yesterday, because I'm so depressed right now, after what my camry did to me which made me went for a corolla, now I'm having same issue with my corolla. I'm really so down right now.
my matrix almost killed me before I attended to it.car was consuming fuel more than a tundra. All I did was change the exhaust sensor and that’s it.the two cost me 30k.Car is so efficient now.
he spoke facts.but the problem I have with this man is that he doesn’t apply his big gramma into play.Edo is badly governed as we speak. He doesn’t know what it means to lead by example
