Let's look at the education sector, the north has always been backward educationally and their leaders are not doing anything about it. The south west that use to compete with the southeast in that sector are beginning to lag behind but down east the average igbo man no matter how poor will struggle to put his kids through school most especially the girl child. This situation in a few years will breed envy and suspicion just like before the Civil War.
