lol. The 2025 electoral act is not applicable to the case as it was filed before the law was passed. The court has jurisdiction to hear the case if it has to do with ADC not following its own constitution.

fergie001, you once told me you are not aware of David Mark's appeal to the Supreme court. Well, here you have it. So, why is David Mark appealing to the Supreme Court and asking for a stay of execution when you all claimed the appeal court gave no order against his leadership?

Anyway, the Supreme court will definitely give a similar ruling as the Appeal court as there is really nothing to appeal against. David Mark should go and explain himself to justice Nwite of the FHC and stop the frivolous appeals and propaganda against INEC chairman.

But all the parties to the cases have Lawyers and some SANs representing them, whose major responsibilities include letting their clients know what's in the judgement.. Abi why should an uneducated parent send their child to school if not to make bring education closer to them.

Anyone still in doubt should take sometime to analyze this, how many politicians have Peter Obi converted since he joined ADC that you can point out....? How many of them have voluntarily relinquished their loots they gathered from their previous portfolios as APC members, senators, governors, vice-president and ministers to the EFCC since they started fraternising with Peter Obi in the ADC? How can anyone believe that Peter Obi will convert northern political looters like Malami, El-Rufai and co who glaringly won't offer him any political support without compromise.... IMHO, Peter Obi true motives of joining the ADC party was not to convert any politician but to become the party's consensus candidate and win the 2027 election leveraging the strong grass root political structures of popular northern politicians within the party like Atiku and Kwankwaso. I do not believe that the ADC will offer anything exceptional to Nigerians with characters like Malami, Atiku, Amaechi and other APC former members that constitute the party.... If Peter Obi succeeds in becoming the party flag bearer and somehow miraculously wins the next election, there is no way his government will fight corruption or curtail looting because he must repay corrupt selfish power hungry ADC politicians with juicy positions, he must replenish their looting purse used in funding his campaign, he must compromise his government to uphold the party's selfish corrupt interests. This is why instead of Nigerians participating in another rigged elections in 2027, voting for a pretentious Peter Obi or any other mainstream corrupt politicians in the upcoming election to continue the status quo, Nigerians will be better off pushing for a reset through a national referendum towards decentralization or disintegration of the country....
