We placed so much emphasis on paper qualifications that has not taken us anywhere. A phd holder surrounded by high level economists once ruled this country, where has that taken the nation to? Your thoughts have made many citizens to acquire certificates that are not useful to nation development. We have bunch of promoted professors who are teachers without any research work to prove their skills. Some are even corrupt than politicians in and out of the academic sector. What is needed is native knowledge of governance and not certificates please.
